Why on earth should he shake hands? I'm surprised he didn't attempt to kill him.

None of the above really. I wouldn't shake the other guys hand if this was done to me, but it doesn't make him a legend. Just makes him a guy with a legitimate beef with someone and doesn't want anything to do with him.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

thankyou for someone finally pointing that out, i was talking to a friend about it the other day and was wondering if "wayne bridges little stunt" would have even happened without all the media bullsh*t, imo it was almost as if he was playing up to what the media wanted him to do, hard to defend terrys actions but all this other crap is utter bs

I don't think he was 'playing up for the media' I just think he didn't want to shake the guys hand. Is there really anything wrong with that?

No. I certainly wouldn't in the same situation.

Three for me, and two for them.

goosd on him, he doesn't have to shake his hand if he don't want to. personally I'd have tripped him or thumped him one, or gone into a tackle so hard that he never walked again

Actually what would have been better is if the City boys had shown a bit of team unity and support for one of their own and none of them shaken his hand.
