I'd rather Liverpool than Chelsea in the final. Actually I'm not too sure. Maybe Chelsea actually.

Any of you actually going to the Final or just going to check the internet for the final score?
50,000 pissed Englishmen in Moscow for 3 days for football is going to be madness....How much fun would it be.
Messi my man of the match

It's a conspiracey - Man U wear red, Liverpool wear red and they're playing in Russia?? Communist cover up - if the Pool can beat Chelski!!

One thing that did make me laugh was the man United ground announcer, what a plank. At the end of the game he announced that Man United had now qualified for the final in Russia. Just how thick does he think your average United fan is?? Everyone in the ground knew that if they'd won, they were into the final. Give them some credit  oh p-l-e-a-s-e !! State the obvious.

Wel done United. Barca really tried to nail you with a passing game that looked good but didn't work..

Moscow full of Mancs and Scallies/Cockney Spivs. God help us. There won't be a car left with a stereo in it and/or all the locals will be proudly wearing dodgy Vietnamese-made Levis that a nice Chelsea fan sold them out of a suitcase.

*****Sits back and waits patiently for torrents of abuse to arrive*****

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

probably better for the local economy than a Scots invasion, unless of course the border guards confiscated the 5 day supplies of porridge oats as they crossed the border

and you know Jag, that's not abuse, just 'cheap' stereotyping and cliche perhaps

how many times dud Messi go past Scholes - he absolutely totured him.

I guess the ginger ninja got the last laugh, but boy did Messi prove he is best player in the world at the moment.  My top 5 are as follows:

* Messi
* Daylight
* (the skinny) Ronaldo
* Hayden Mullins
* Kaka

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite
Now I'm firefly like a burning kite
And yousa fake fuck like a fleshlight

This was done for the benefit of all the tourists that show up to watch games at grounds like Old Trafford, Emirates and Stamford Bridge. Most of them don't have a clue what competition they're watching. . . just like the thousands of others who confuse London and Tower Bridges. . . .

I sort of agree but why did it have to be Chelski??

Although the Russian one will probably sell up after he finally achieved what he wanted = Chelski to win and in Russia too ! (Bonus). Then with the money dried up the Chelski decline will start. it'll be short and swift as they all abandon ship.

Three words - guts, passion, character.  You can't buy that.  Regardless of how much Roman has spent this is still a remarkable Chelsea team that just doesn't know when it's beaten.  United may well be the best in England this year - but they won't fancy it cos they know it's going to be a huge battle whatever happens.  And will they want it as much as Chelsea after (probably) winning the league again?

One comment I will make, if the final is as good as the gam last weekend, then we're all in for a good spectacle, unlike the last 6 meetings between the same two teams.
