Interesting season so far:

1. Relegation battle still quite open.
2. Title race still open (Man U/Chelski/ ....Ar5ena1)
3. 5th spot still open (Cocks vs Liverbirds)

Carling Cup - Birmingham
FA Cup - City/Stoke

City to my mind are the big winners this season - should take the FA Cup and will secure Champions League slot for next season.

Hope ManU take the title (i.e. I don't want to see Chelski take it)

A very "even" league this season which is good for the game (still rather disappointed but).

City now on target to push for 3rd place.  Big winners overall this season.

Spurs might salvage 5th spot and Europa from a disappointing season (but still up for the big games even tho' results might not have gone our way).

Toon have had an acceptable but somewhat deflating season (while Pardew may have done OK I don't think that Hughton would have done any worse - and he was on charge of the 5-1 win over the Mackems).

Hammers can enjoy their big olympic stadium in the fizzy pop league (maybe share with Leyton Orient to boost crowd numbers?).

on the basis of Blackpool's fans effort v Bolton I might just want them to stay up

if they lose at Man U but Birmingham lose by more at Spurs then Blackpool will stay up

there's still a bit to play for!!

Only time i will ever support Spurs. Hope Birmingham go down more than anything. Nothing club that add nothing to the Premiership. Classless and clueless fans to the nth degree as well.

Three for me, and two for them.

Older club than Arsenal Buff and pretty stupid comment about the clueless fans. How would you know?

Dear oh dear.

Much as I would love to see B**** Rovers relegated (sorry Nelly), Devlin's results predictions would actually see them safe. Blackpool would have to win to get past BBurn. Also, the team facing the drop will not face Sc**thorpe next season unless they drop two divisions.

Accurate, much? What you'd expect from a Man U fan I guess.

I know, I know, its serious!

Hell, you're right. Still agree with his match predictions which would then make it West Ham, Birmingham and Blackpool relegated. Blackpool on goal difference.

I would absolutely love to see Birmingham and Blackburn go down.

Three for me, and two for them.

I want Wigan to go down but they've certainly hit good form at the right time. Would love to see Blackpool go and one of Wolves Wigan or B'ham. So I'm pretty neutral really. In hindsight, West Ham really should have done better. I know they had their fair share of injuries but with players like Upson, Green, Bridge, Parker, Hitz, Noble, Cole, Keane, Obinna etc in your squad you really have to question what went wrong.

I'm sick of Wigan and Blackburn just doing enough to not get releagted, although I'd rather Birmingham go down.

Although unlikely, I want Blackpool to stay up, despite the fact they'll go down the season after. Wolves to be safe

I really don't understand why Devlin writes football articles reasonable frequently when he doesn't seem to give two sh*ts about the sport. It's a bit strange really.

Since about 6pm last Sunday night (GMT), I really couldn't give two f**ks about who stays up or goes down now.

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite
Now I'm firefly like a burning kite
And yousa fake fuck like a fleshlight

Birmingham and Blackpool to join West Ham for me - Stoke have nothing to play for and will be pretty drained post F.A Cup so Wigan should get a result. Spurs will smash an awful Birmingham team, Wolves will probably narrowly beat Blackburn and Blackpool will go down fighting v United - who will want to preserve the Old Trafford unbeaten record for the season.

Two out of three ain't bad. I would have got them all if it wasn't for that pesky meddling Stoke throwing it's home game against Wigan.

Guess that means Spurs will only get 2nd or 3rd next season.

Have you seen their Europa League draw?

Real Trouble, Rapid Decline and Inter Oblivion.

Three for me, and two for them.

Agree with you there! They were rubbish most of the season! Kinda wish blackpool stayed up as their games were always exciting and Holloway was great to listen to! Don't know who I would have preferred to go down thou!

Great to see the back of Birmingham, wish Wigan could have joined them.

Also, it's very disappointing to see Holloway go.  He was good value.  I'm happy Mick McCarthy stayed up, though.

So glad Mick stayed up, he's bloody hilarious. Happy for Wigan as well, Martinez is sound. Its a shame for the Hammers.

Glad Holloway went down. Couldn't stand him.

Buffy, thats pretty funny, guess someone is happy to see the back of the Brum..

Who's going down?

More than likely Ryan Giggs and Gareth Barry by the sounds of things!!!

Depends who she is C-Diddy.

I'll repeat the joke from the Man U Thread...

I've just heard Imogen Thomas is a singer,
but she only does Giggs in Manchester!

Bit of a gap now between 15th and 16th, looks like it will be a battle between Wolves, QPR, Wigan, Rovers and Bolton. Only QPR has the cash to try and save them in the transfer market.

It may be a bit early but I personally believe that Blackburn will stay up. Their form recently has been good and even though I despise Kean, I think he's slowly getting better as a manager.

With QPR's run in, they have to be a certainty. I'd like to see them stay up.

Yep, have to agree with that. Joey "i spend too much time on Twitter" Barton can hold his hand up as this seasons biggest flop followed very closely by Sean "The headless chicken" wright-Phillips.

Not great results for Rovers today, we had got a nice gap but right back into the pack now. Wolves are gone burger tho.

We're hoping and praying Manure beat Rover then have some sort of mental break down and lose to us a week later.

Massive results for Wigan and QPR this morning.

With Wolves being relegated today, it leaves 2 more spots to be found. These are each teams remaining fixtures:

Aston Villa: 37 points

vs Bolton
at WBA
vs Spurs
at Norwich

Wigan: 37 points

vs Newcastle
at Blackburn
vs Wolves

QPR: 34 points

at Chelsea
vs Stoke
at Man City

Bolton: 34 points

at Villa
at Sunderland
vs Spurs
vs WBA
at Stoke

Blackburn: 31 points

at Spurs
vs Wigan
at Chelsea

Will take a miracle for Rovers to stay up. Villa should be safe, QPR prob just need a point at Stoke. So it is either Wigan or Bolton going down with us, I am picking Bolton.
