Waivers is going to be fairly important in this league I feel. How many players do we keep at the end of the year? As many as we want or is there a set limit of say 20 to make sure there can be a functional draft?

26 players to be kept (After Fever bowl the roster size will increase to 33) and we will run a 5 round Rookie draft, probably do the rookie draft on the forums, just easier with a time limit to respond.

Then have a limit after that 2-3 weeks, and the rosters will reduce back to 26 once again, meaning you have to have dropped players or I will remove the last added players.

I do like the schedule in that you're never waiting more than 2 days for a game.

Makes the week bloody unproductive though!

Monday - plenty of football.

Tuesday - Monday night football

Wednesday - assess performances, enjoy a win/agonise over a loss. Take a look at any waiver claims you wish to make before they all come off waivers at night.

Thursday - set your lineup, look over any dropped players from the waiver claims yesterday and decide if you want to claim any of them.

Friday - football.

Who needs to work/study really?

So much this...Saturday & Sunday Suck :P But at least they are the weekend...What is this work you speak of?

They're the people who pay you to play fantasy football :p

Really enjoy your write ups by the way. Being new it's good to get some sort of point of view about things that happen in the league.

Cheers, I do enjoy writing this stuff. Keeps me entertained.

Cheers for this, now can you report who is in whose team (Or at least who is in mine) as I don't know my own players....

Do know I have Tate, which was why I was looking for a replacement running back in the waivers.

Yeah about that...Haha

I have targets and meet them, so long as that happens and the work gets done my boss is pretty good.

Pretty much the same as me. As long as the work is done, they are pretty good. Of course I could get more done, but why over deliver....

The more you over deliver, the more they expect it to be part of your day to day operating.

I was told that I was working too fast, and my accuracy might suffer (Were no issues with my quality they could point too), so yeah now I work slower...no idea.

Haha, I tend to get "You do a great job, so can you now take this on as well?...oh, there's no more money for you though"

Initially I thought no, but now I say "Ok, but I'm coming in late so I can watch LFC" or "I'm taking a day off for Beervana"

Yeah I got that in my previous job. This one the limit is funding rather than speed of work, so even if I do stuff faster generally funding stops us doing more work, love my job, but was a bit amused at being told to slow down cause it could affect quality, but then not being shown where the quality was suffering. Oh well spare time at work :P

But the additional work on the hard workers always annoyed me, I feel it's why you get staff who slack off because someone else picks up slck and they never get called on it...

Yeah my boss is pretty good with flexibility though, I worked an array of different hours during the World Cup so that I could watch as many games as I could, was pretty awesome. And this week on Monday I worked a shorter day so I could watch the Vikes game before I went in. So long as I get work done he is ok with it :)

Thursday Night Football

PIT @ BAL 0-0 (KO 12:25pm NZ)

Waffles (1-0) vs Fairies (1-0)

L.Bell (HUYS)

T.Smith (FF)

Whale (0-1) vs Tegal (1-0)

A.Brown (NT)

Hammers (0-1) vs Rodriguez (0-1) aka Hammers vs James (HAMEZ)

J.Forsett (HMRS)

Usos (0-1) vs Billikids (0-1)

J.Tucker (Usos)

Griever (1-0) vs Troopers (1-0)

How Boring, no-one on Thursday Night Football

Guaranteed to see two teams at 2-0 & two teams at 0-2 (It also confirms 4 teams will be at 1-1), then we have Tegal & Whale who could go either way.

Got a message on the iOS app this morning saying I had 4 players on my bench likely to outscore my starting players.

After much research and reading I've decided to go with my first instinct and will likely pay for it!

Still 50/50 on whether to swap out my TEs with Gronkowski as questionable and Davis having a decent game last round. Hmmm.

I'd start Gronk.

I got the same message and it makes me doubt myself. Will see if my choices are right too. Otherwise I could win the Eeyore award!

Yeah that was troublesome.

As for Mr Wheaton I probably would've left him on the bench this week two, had better options :P

He may as well have stayed off the field.

Frustrating watching Big Ben miss him all day.

EDIT: Ha, I say that then he finds him on the next three.

It's good on Android as well.

FYI on your Runing Back, Adrian Peterson has been charged with Child Abuse, he admits the incident happening, he disagrees it is abuse. Out this weekend, and probably won't play again this season...Just don't know what to say as a Vikings fan....

Sorry that could be taken the wrong way, having seen the photos it is disgusting what he has done.

I meant not sure what to say as a Vikings fan about our team as I thought we had a good chance of being a Dark Horse this season, without Peterson we probably need help. Keegan wanna trade McKinnon? :(

RG3 goneburger???

Given they put an aircast on, I'd think Broken ankle or torn achilles, at minimum gone 6 weeks, probably for the season.

DeSean Jackson looks like a collarbone to me

Haven't seen the other injuries, but Moreno out, and AJ Green too.
