stick with FM games then, EA have clearly lost the polt, the FM fracnahise keeps getting better

I am new to Fifa after just under 10 years of the Pro Evolution series and have found the gameplay is fairly similar. They both have weaknesses that make it frustrating to play at times.
 
Can someone tell me is there a way to go into continuous seasons like the Master League in Pro Evo?
 
I was playing as the Nix and got to the end of the A League tournament and was gutted to find that was it!
 
I had a quick look at player/manager mode and that appears to allow transfers at least but the feeling of building a squad and buying and selling over years does not stick out in Fifa 11. But I am new to this so forgive me if I have just not found my way around yet.

yea do manager mode, fairly good, you can do 15 seasons

Just got XBOX Live if anyone wants a game.. Although its my brothers ill be on it most of the time haha.. Gamertag: AngryMan47. Also i played this guy called Nordsone... is he one of yous?? Bet him in the 119th minute :)

I saw FIFA Manager '11 on PC at JB Hi-Fi for $49...I'm assuming this is a good price, game weaknesses notwithstanding?

I dont think they have at all havn't touched individual players. They just have been covering transfers really....

Yes it is a good buy, there's two 460meg patches waiting for you but it's actually a very good game this year.

Somehow though, Ultimate Team was updated as soon as the transfers happened.

Probably because they can make more money off UT. Fking idiots.

My biggest issue with this game is the Be A Pro mode is broken. Fine if you control the whole team, but when I tried playing with my created player, my West Ham team-mates would do the same thing every time: Take ball, try a stupid step over, and be tackled.

Haven't tried solo Be A Pro since Matty Upson tried to go on a run and conceded a goal.

I find Be a pro only works if your player manager and set tactics. Else comp are just tards yeah and will never sub you either.

But Then.. you can't get "bought" by other clubs the next year, only stay on as player manager or move into only manager mode.

Stats are a bit more accurate for a-league now too.

As long as your PS3 is connected to the net it will happen automatically as soon as you load the game. Some updates are huge though so it could take a while, not sure about FIFA 11

Pretty good kiwi players by the look of it.

Unbeaten in 6 by the way. winning 5, 1 draw. 27-11 aggregate. I beat a guy 8-0 only after the game i found out he was level 2 and probably a newbie. felt it a bit bad especially since i scored 2 in stoppage time.

I just play quick ranked games.

I am guessing that is different from this interactive world cup?

I do beat most people I play.

I think it's probably a tad bugged like most rushed games, well, I really am awful at Fifa 11, but if you want to add Natopyro, I am on atm.

So in liu of the nix actually playing I started a player manager career tonight. In an attempt to bolster squad I sold Diego, toto, hearfield and crowther. Could I land anyone to replace them? Nope, attempted to sign 35+ players and landed 2. Unfortunately the only "fillers" I babes where 2 18 year old Englishman who didn't have contracts. Any advice on landing players for the nix? FYI I'm not a tight ass either 80% didn't want to relocate!
