Fifa 12 ....already
Spurs.
you opened yourself up for that one
I'd suggest starting with Trademe and getting cash for it.
If that doesn't work, you might get some decent trade value with EB Games and can probably get a cheap copy of FIFA 10.Spurs 54 pts, 1st (22 games)
Toon 37 pts 3rd (22 games)
Nix 24 pts, 5th (15 games)
Quite realistic I feel!
New Zealanders include
- Chris Wood 67 to a 69
- Ben SigmUnd 60 to a 64
- Winston Reid 68 to a 70
- Ryan Nelsen 76 to a 75
- Kosta Barbarouses ? to a 69
A lot of Phoenix players ratings have increased including Warner, Pavlovic, Lia, Sanchez and Griffiths.Mycatiscold2012-02-24 16:56:17

Final honours:
Spurs 1st & FA Cup winners
Toon 3rd & League Cup winners
Nix into the play offs - yet to complete.
Also started the first season in player career mode for Spurs (replacing BAE as left [wing] back - have to really as that was my position in Spain in 1982). Currently lying 3rd but my own career development is pants as I keep going forward out of position to put in crosses or cut in and shoot.
Last week I fired up the PS2 again only to discover that all the memory card had been wiped. Never got to finish the season with the Nix in the playoffs.
Just started with Spurs again (sold Bassong, Pav and Pienaar, but couldn't get Saha or Nelsen) currently a clear 1st on the table but have dipped out on League and now FA Cup.
PS2 clearly >>>>>> reality
Now moved on to Newcastle - currently 2nd with the Mackems breathing down my neck. Got the league cup but dipped out of the the FA Cup (part of a 3 match losing streak).
Toon finished 2nd - no change from last post. Doing the Nix and it's very hard as it schedules two games per week in blocks so that after about three of them the players are constantly knackered.
22 games gone, 38 pts, 3rd place - now playing the Tards who are one point in front (going to enjoy the aura of this game).
1-1. All over them, but couldn't find the back of the net. Disgusted.
Did anyone else get into the Euro expansion pack thingy? We've loved it at the flat! The Italians narrow formation works really well, Spain isn't as dominant as you think, the Dutch capable of chocking and dominating all at once, and ze Germans sharp.
Found that the game is slightly slower, however the trick's available are a lot more intuitive, and the through balls on the ground are stunning, as the runs seem to connect. I.e. instead of playing a through ball straight at the attacker, these are played on the angle into the path of a sideways run from a striker, more intuitive than the original Fifa 12.
I fired this up again after about a 4 month break. Got really frustrated really quickly at how stupid the Phoenix players appear (running away from the ball, passing to someone other than who I'm directing it etc.) compared to any opposition who are flawless at everything they do. The only way I can score is to lob through ball on a counter attack. Although I've come close a couple of times from patient build up, it usually that ends up with the opposition tearing away on their own counter. I think I ended up with 4 or 5 straight losses before getting 2 draws and a win, sitting in second to last place above GCU.
My PS2 is dead but I had to use Mulligan a lot midway through the season as my squad kept getting tired.
He's really not that bad (I like to think my man-management skills brought out the best: "Triffic, triffic lad on his day. You'd want him in your team. I just tell him to go out and enjoy himself.").
Pretty sure we made the play-offs and possibly through to the semi-finals.

Sounds quite realistic!
Does Paston move much?
Sounds quite realistic!
