You will have to leave your club, but you can rejoin them straight away so doesn't matter too much.
Yes and you may have too change your player name.

Rotorua was a bot team, and bot teams are rubbish. Hence the name change - it occurs when bot teams are taken over by a human manager. Jon Okkonen is a top bloke, you're definitely in capable hands.
