I thought this game would be a lot tighter

Has there been a better keeper at this tournament than the Uzbek keeper, Nesterov?

I think he made a mess of it by trying to direct it into the corner. He will not be a popular boy with the fans back home.

It was a tiny bit too high for him, If the ball was a little bit lower he would of scored, if it was a little bit higher it was over his head and his teammate running through would of had an open goal... unlucky.

Korea playing with real purpose now.

Fantastic game this one.

Uzbeks will be kicking themselves over that loss. A horrendous miss and a terrible defensive blunder cost them the game.

Wow what a game, just brilliant...a bit sorry for Uzbekistan, you gotta think that they will make the next World Cup and could be dangerous if they do.

I have China for a draw but defender Zhang Linpeng is doubtful.  If he doesn't start Oz will win (easily), probably Mei Feng and Ren Hang will start as CBs and Ren will give away a penalty.

Just seen the line up - Zhang is in so a draw is possible (if not probable).

Australia to progress. I don't do this within 90 minutes thing for knockout fixtures. Strategies are different. I am secretly hoping China do well though (like push them to penalties).

I think Oz will advance too.  Just hoping for a draw.

But I think Perrin has signalled an attacking intent with Wu Lei starting ahead of Gao Lin.

Hao Junmin coming off the bench might be to save him for later if Oz start to tire...

I think Oz will be well rested after the changes made from the last game.

I never know who to cheer for in aussie games. On one hand it's good for the a-league if Australia wins the tourn, and that in turn is good for NZ football since our only pro team plays in it... yet on the other hand it pains me to cheer for Australia for many reasons (most of them related to the Australian cricket team...).
