Yep, no longer straight red for DOGSO if it's also a penalty.  Still a red if the challenge would warrant a red in any other situation (serious foul play etc...)

It really is an average team but any team that has played a record number of qualifiers to get to the WC deserves its place. Everyone will back to kissing Anges's arse now.
