not really they have 28 points now Colombia 26, Peru & Argentina 24 then Paraguay 21 and Ecuador 20 (all those teams still have games to play this round)
That point sees Uruguay stay 2nd, and last game being lowly Bolivia at home, you expect they will qualify
if Arg v Peru is draw then Uruguay through, their GD+ is way up.
