1-1. Great free kick from Forlan.

Three for me, and two for them.

Is this going to be the first quarter final in repeat?

Love the Uruguayan commentator in the background screaming "Goooooooooooooooooaaaaaaaaalllllllllllll"!

When you see fouls like that not given as penalties it makes de Rossi's penalty against us seem more comical!

This game really could go either way. Never have I seen a game ebb and flow so much.

EXTRA TIME! It's like bonus football. What a bargain for money!

1-1 at 90 mins. Don't know how much either have left in them. Could still go either way. Ghana to win it in extra time again?

Three for me, and two for them.

Uruguay finished stronger for mine. I reckon penalties though. Both teams look way too tired

Well the scientific and definitive poll at the top of this thread shows the game will either be won in normal time by Uruguay, or extra time by Ghana. Uruguay might as well forfeit - the forum has spoken!

I'll put sleep deprivation down to such a pish response.

Three for me, and two for them.

Scotti had to go to warp factor 10 to stop that goal.

They all look knackered. Penalties might be the only way to separate them.

15 to go till pens. Game has turned very scrappy, which is unsurprising. Ghana rather lucky not to concede a peno a couple minutes back there too.

Three for me, and two for them.

It was hard to tell with the penalty. None of the replays were from the right angle. I would have liked to have seen it from behind the goal. It looked like there could have been something to it, but with the way players go down, who knows. The ref was in the right place to see either way.

The most likely goal at the moment would be a Uruguayan own goal! This is tense.

PENALTY!!!

Suarez has every reason to be stoked. His hand saved a goal, and with the penalty not converted it turned out to be a clever hand ball. Only they'll miss his penalty strike, and will be without him in the semi if they win. I'm sure they won't be too gutted.

gutting penalty miss.

Can't see that Ghana are going to have the mental strength to take this now. They must be gutted, almost scared to step up and take a kick after that.

Looking at the replay I reckon he could have got his head to it. Oh well. Cheats sometimes prosper.

For all those calling out Suarez here, he took a bullet for his team even though he was aware of the risks, and i defy you to not do the same if you were put in that situation, you are lying if you say you wouldn't.

Three for me, and two for them.

True. Alright, I'm going for Ghana, I just can't back cheats (sorry best friend!).
