Season over for Berga as trounced 6-0 away at Örebro Syrianska.

Edge subbed at 73 mins.

Berga relegated down to the Swedish 4th tier regional leagues next season. Same level as Declan's Torslanda.

Conroy’s been back in NZ recovering from shoulder surgery btw. Hope they can pick up other gigs in Europe, glad Edge seemed like an undisputed starter

Jesse Edge still with Berga in Sweden. They are now in Swedish 4th tier (Division 2), Södra Götaland region. Currently 3rd at nearly half way point.

4th tier, is same level as Torslanda with all it's Ole alumi, Västra Götaland region. There are 6 regions in the 4th tier.

Think the well travelled Jesse Edge is still with Berga, who had Matt Conroy for a time last season in the 3rd tier.

do they get paid in these lowere divisions?

Can't imagine there'd be a huge amount of Krona going around at that level. 

They must be making something out of it if they're still there, although I don't imagine there's a lot going around. Perhaps training the youngsters on the side, or hell, even part time jobs around their footy?

Berga finished 4th in their regional league Swedish 4th tier, and so missed out on a promotion playoff spot.

I guess like the Torslanda guys, if Hay ever got desperate for players re that March OFC tourney - Edge is in the frame (if still in Sweden). 

But with news about Nix and maybe other A League guys hopefully being available, shouldn't come to that.

Might as well follow all the Kiwis in Swedish 3rd tier. Lund (10th) host Olympic (3rd).

Edit - Edge a 80th min sub (score 1-1) in a 1-2 loss.

Think the reason for his absence was he was one of the groomsmen at Ryan Thomas’ wedding. Of course they would have played a lot together back in the day in the Waikato under Declan. Also suggests Thomas never thought he was going to make it for the IC playoff.

On the move from Lunds BK to IFK Malmö. 

No official sources or press releases that I can find, but he's now listed in the first team squad on their website.

Same division as his old club - Ettan Sodra. His new club, dead last and adrift by 8 points as it stands. He's actually already played 3 games for them so must have made the switch a few weeks ago.

Mods update his club please.
