Has gone on loan to Ipswich until Jan.  Interesting move to get loaned out to a team in a higher division.

He's linked up with Tommy at Ipswich on loan. Interesting that a higher team wants him considering his very average goals per game record. I suppose he offers something a bit different though.

Who have Ipswich got at the moment? Is it where Tamas Priskin is playing these days? Obviously they've got the young fella Connor Wickham. Anyone else?

T&T striker Jason Scotland

He was pants at Wigan. Presume the Championship is more his level.

Also a 19 year-old Irish striker Ronan Murray. You'd hope Fallon was better than him.

5 goals in 12 games for them this season. Not too bad.

Priskin in reasonable form as is Scotland.

Some youngsters for depth like Wickham

Had no idea Wickham is only 17. He's already played 38 games for them!

Wickham is injured for this weekend game, Roy has said both new signings will be in the matchday squad. So looking good for both kiwis to be playing this weekend. I'm gonna try and get tickets to Ipswich v Milwall in Jan haha.

Question: How does someone who struggled to make Plymouth's first team all of a sudden go on loan to a better team?

The League tables :)

That assumes that a team collapsing horribly in the Championship is better than a team doing okay in League 1.  On current form I'd back Plymouth.

Unless it's the league cup.

I wish I could abuse you for this, but sadly it is true.

Well Ipswich won 3-0 today, sounds like he played really well(?!?!?), holding balls up, set up 2 goals.

"He reminds me of my dad actually, the fierceness of him. He's got that look, you know, that glare. There's so much passion for the game inside Roy, he's been a breath of fresh air for me.

Was actually thinking this...though it is a bit of cheek at the same time! Hope Rory fires it up. Was a huge part of our World Cup Campaign.

Watched highlights of the Leicester game just then. Looks like he played very well couple of assists and was involved in all the attacks that I saw

Brings back memories. Ground staff clearing the lines with shovels, orange ball. Marvellous.

(Oooh, I just had a Ron Manager moment)

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Yep, was involved in the goals and a couple of other chances, creating rather than scoring chances...
