also FC Midtyland won 1-0 overnight.

hate it when you fall asleep at halftime. From what I saw Reid was playing well. seemed very vocal and took control of the defence. Very comfortable on the ball.

that win moves them upto 6, 4pts behind 3rd place.

FC Midtjylland against FC Nordsjaelland.

Hope I never have to pronounce that.

The Hobos??

The answer to life's problems are rarely found at the bottom of a beer glass - but it's always worth a look.

Played the full ninety in a 2-1 away loss to Esberg, who are one of the teams they are competing with for third place. Midtjylland had a man sent off in the 22nd minute conceded a goal just before half time then equalised in the second half then conceded the winner close to full time.

Played the full ninety in a 1-0 home win v AGF who had five players booked and their keeper sent off in the second half.
They are still in the hunt for third.

FCM also still in the Cup semis but have tough draw away to Odense BK (who are second in league). Cup win gets teams into UEFA i think.

I think you might be right Marius. They play OB home and away on the 22nd and 29th of april. OB seem  to be slipping up in the league with four losses and a draw in the last five since losing to Midtjylland.
Just watched the highlights v AGF. Looks like Winston was captain.

Injured!!!
SOunds like he got clobbered going up for a challenge. This report on the FCM website suggests 3 weeks and that WC not in jeopardy, but its obviously still early as far as the diagnosis - http://www.fcm.dk/index.php?ID=1&nyhedID=6559&mode=laes_nyhed&topID=

Injury came during a very good win for FCM over league leaders FC Copenhagen, who are basically assured of the league and Champs League qualifiiers next year.

not good news, but if he's gonna be back before the seasons end it could be a blessing like how it was with Nelsen. Hopefully he'll come online soon and will see how he feels etc...

They had a 2-2 draw away v OB in the second leg of the Danish cup semi final. They win the tie 4-2 on aggregate. So a date at the cup final on may 13th for Winston.

It would appear Winston started this game. Currently 3-1 down at home, halftime.
Lost 4-2 Winston subbed on 84 mins.
Not looking good to finish third now.

I worked it out at 3am as well.  I tend to be very poor at working out when something is when in different timezones so it encourages me knowing we arrived at the same conclusion.

24th minute and 0-0.  Reid safely defused an attack and calmly passed away, good stuff.  Other things done by him I think but not fully sure as picture is ESPN quality.

Just as I type FC Midtjylland defender (definitely not Reid) does his utmost to give away a penalty and fails.

What number's Reid?
