anyone interested in selling any phoenix player issue shirts i have 9 so far just need another 2 to get a full team of 11, do not mind which season it or they are from,

did not really expect anyone on here would sell them but if you do not ask you will never know the answer

I have a shirt Fully Signed by the Phoenix squad from the Phoenix v  Galaxy match which I would let go for the right price.

(NB: The "Right Price" would have at least 4 figures before the decimal place!!!)

I was amazed at the amount of YF gear we have. Thanks Terry t-shirts, 2010 finals tees, god knows how many retros 2007 and onwards, georges, who are yas etc. All worthless money-wise and taking up a whole draw.

Makes we feel better about being a moany old bastard on here. I've paid for that privilege!

If  selling this stuff is going to improve your life now go for it.

However If you are going to ask yourself in 10 years time "why the f*ck did I sell that"? then probably not, it's basically about you as a person and what you value. I mean you are going to get the lens eventually with or without selling - you know you are, so it's all about time.

The alternative is to have the shirt framed and put in the shed, man cave, wank-den, masturbatorium, etc. I'm going to do this with my signed Wedding Present t shirt.

i would not sell if i was you, it is hard to get a good price for phoenix shirts on trade me, i have thought about selling some of my player issue shirts over the years but have decided not to and bought more instead, would hate to count how many dollars i have spent over the years on player issue shirts. at the moment i have at least 18 shirts from 2007 to the present day and trying to add an andrew durante shirt to the collection.

I've got a plodder, dodd autographed players jerseies.

Have thought about this a little more today and have come to the conclusion that I would regret it in a few years time. I really need to pull my finger out and get my signed kits framed so I can enjoy them rather than have them in a bag in a cupboard somewhere

finally got the whole squad to sign after chasing players round the stadium since the beginning of the season. now it just needs to get to the framers

art works framers ltd in karor (148 karori road)i it is the same company that frame the phoenix shirts when the player reaches 100 games, they are a bit expensive (about $500.00 for short sleeve and closer to $600.00 for long sleeve.) but they do a great job with acid free backing and uv glass, they usually let me pay them off over e couple of months before they do the framing.

Go to the framing shop over in porirua/tawa direction. $300.00 roughly and that has a brushed metal frame and UV glass. Got my autographed QPR jersey done there. Brilliant job and highly recommend them. Had three items framed there over the last 5 years.

Looks like it'll be a year or two til I get it framed haha

that is how i have been doing it, very slowly, i still have 18 left to frame and just got offered 3 more yesterday(3 different goalkeepers) 

so now closing in on the 23 player squad and now it is decision time do i stop there or keep collecting .

i still want an andrew durante shirt so i have the two captains side by side on the wall (aloisi & durante.)

if any of you guys and gals on here that are closer to the club than i am are able to get me a durante stripey i will give a donation to the charity of yours or andrews choice or i could just give you the cash for getting it for me. i have had a few conversations with andrew over the years about one of his shirts at signing sessions and he usually just laughs as he carries on down the never ending line

art works framers ltd do a really good job i have been to a few different framing shops in wanganui and though they are cheaper  the framing is nowhere near as good and i think quality is better so stick with the people i know and trust.

cheers blew.2 i will get on to that, with about a month till the next home game i should be able to do this in the next 3 weeks as i do not need to cover petrol money till feb. i have talked to yakcall and waiting to hear from the foundation do you want to give me a rough idea what you feel is a fair donation i do not want to pay a rediculous amount but also do not want to lowball as that would be uncool.
