Congrats on having lights on in the photos, you're half way there just by doing that. It's amazing how many houses have bad framing, exposure, and are just filthy in photos.

We can't claim any credit - the photographer and agent mentioned the lights and I was a bit WTF... lol... this is why we engage the professionals (see what I did there lol).

Just spent a coupla sunny days in Bournemouth. Great seaside town, full of pine trees. Kinda reminded me of Wellytown. Similar pop. too. Better football team though.

On facebook I got sent a message...Name a song but change a word with s.h.i.t. I immediately thought of Meatloaf and "you took the s.h.i.t right out of my mouth". Or U2 and " I still haven't found s.h.i.t I'm  looking for".
