Great initiative by Birko. Hope this gives an idea to other club teams and if allowed, some ASB Prem teams.

hmmmm the stream is very clunky/not working at all. And you can see fudge all. Great idea poorly executed

Birko 3 Miramar 1

A biased view from a Mar supporter - game could have gone either way, but Birko took their chances,. Harris had an off day

couple of great saves from Hirst at 2-1 before a monumental cock up gave Birko their 3rd goal.

Good day out well done by Birko. Not sure of crowd and as they did not charge at the gate would be guessing 1200 ?

Not a total waste of time - met my next door neighbour from 40 years ago in Miramar.

Re: Streaming

Unfortunately we had to stream using a 4G cell connection as broadband speed not good enough at that location currently. Stream seemed ok for some users and not others. To be fair was a late decision to go with streaming but something we definitely want to look at going forward.

So according to HORSEHEAD 6-1 is a embarrassment so Three kings should be berated for their efforts in the cup?

my thoughts is that Birkenhead are the underdogs for the final and i hope they get the support of all the other clubs as waitakere city have dominated auckland football for a few years recently.

and unlucky three kings you made it to the semis and thats not easy.

good sportsmanship and fair playing field is all we ask for

but all we get is talk and goal posts moving

Well done for getting it set up, hopefully more clubs follow your lead.

I only saw the second half but that was my view too. Miramar were throwing a lot at Birkenhead who ere happy to sit back. The diving header from the young lad up front at 2-1 was key and the Birk keeper made a fantastic save from a free kick. Good occasion up there, I thought 1200 as well and was clearly a big day there with a lot of flags and banners up etc

you do know Waitakere were relegated last year - they have cantered promotion this year but I think Birko will be favourites in the final.

yes 6-1 is an embarrassment you are quite correct. You have shown again your lack of insight by trying to claim waitak as favourites even though they are in the second division. Numpty

Waitak have a pretty strong team, regardless of what division they are in this season there are a lot of good players in that squad.

Would only make Birko slight favourites but I think it's too close to call.

Three for me, and two for them.

Have been informed it was probably Ben Harris as he's the faster of the two. He had an off day, prolific scorer

Fuck this stupid game
