Ha. Makes sense to get cap 1 finished asap with the possibility of play-offs etc. Was always on the cards.

Quietly chuffed though.
No play-offs for promotion/relegation from cap 1 to premier too be played mate!!!confirmed by capital football this week!!
Really? If WU win prem (long shot I know) and go up + WU reserves third in cap 1?

yeah you are right, if that happens well 2nds straight replacement for well 1sts!!and petone in for wests!!so no need for playoffs!!
its upper hutts to lose though at the moment, tomorrow will be interesting!!

Hi All,

I have just been thrown a curve ball by the WCC.  Due to the contract that they have with the RWC and Te Whaea being a part of this I have just found out that we no longer have the use of Te Whaea tomorrow!

I am very sorry for the lateness of the advice and do understand that the huge time changes may cause your teams some problems.

Can you please let them know ASAP to minimize any disruption?

Thanks in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

Hi,

I notice that the Masters 4 final has been moved to Seatoun at 10:30.

Cap7/8 have a game scheduled on Seatoun at 12pm - is this being moved as well or just put back until 12:30pm?

Good point. Basically the game can start as soon as the Masters 4 finishes, probably around 12.10pm (unless pens)

There are penalties.

There is a fine of $50. The aim is to give every team 18 games and if a team defaults, the other team through no fault of their own can't. Plus it means teams hopefully won't default unless they've got a significant reason to do so.

For teams that don't phone their default by 1pm on the day before their game there is $100 fine. The reason for this is to ensure teams just don't bother to turn up, which is particularly annoying for the other team. Plus if Capital Football is notified early enough then it becomes an extra ground to be able to use.

Did Mirmar have to pay $50 for their Cap 1 default?
