And then announced he was retiring from getting changed, before changing his mind.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

if there was a brawl we all know coach mcintyre would have scattered. he intimidates young boys with his mouth but when push comes to shove the guy couldnt fight his way out of a paper bag!!
so what did happen barber??

I'll let DKP take this one, as he told me the story :P lol

If McIntyre did get in a fight it'd be tough.....esepcially if he was up against a whole group.....coz u'd never know who he was looking to whack becoz of that wee lazy eye....

It was nothing too major...

John Kila and Dave Wilson got up to do the after match speech, John spoke in Dutch and Dave translated. All was said was that it was a good game, great to see the younger players doing well and thanks to Lower Hutt and the officials, all light hearted.

McIntyre gets up and starts his speech along the lines of if the coach didn't want to give the speech, someone else should have come up instead of going up and taking the piss, disrespecting our club etc. He then carried on and gave his speech as per normal.

Dave got up and stated it wasn't meant as a pisstake or anything disrespectful, McIntyre didn't want a bar. Wests contingent then got up and left.

End of. No brawl or anything monumental.
He speaks perfectly good English and does so at training.  As far as Dave Wilson speaking Dutch is concerned, no idea.  Not being able to speak Dutch, I don't know if Dave's translation was accurate or whether he was "pretending".
and did the LH players find it disrespectful?
Everyone seemed to think it was mildly humorous.  I didn't get the impression there was a general feeling of annoyance from the LH guys.  However, Phil Patterson was spotted putting his head in his hands during McIntyre's rant though...

Tawa were sh*t. But how Jamie Cross is rated one of New Zealand's best referees I don't know. He is disgusting, almost as bad as he showed everyone he was in the NZFC final.

Someone at the game said Tawa resorted to trying to kick the Bubbles round the park. Fair Call? And the red was for a head-butt?

mike ramaekers saw red for head butt on barry lewis fair enough.
all started from barry lewis punching ramaekers few times in the head... off course cross lets old head lewis off with nothing but sends ramaekers off...
