they ran one at the end of last year after highlighting the reg change. Is it actually in the Regs or been taken out/watered down? I think they might have been giving some leniency to those that are awaiting their video results?

Just checked

f All head coaches of Capital Premier teams are required to hold an accredited OFC/NZF C Licence, international equivalent or higher. Any team where the head coach does not meet these requirements will not be eligible for competitions points, unless: -

The head coach submitted their required coaching qualification assessment to NZF prior to 25 March and failed the assessment. In this case competition points will be deferred provided they resubmit their assessment by 15 June and subsequently pass. Should the head coach not resubmit the assessment by 15 June or not pass the resubmission the team will lose any competition points during this deferred period.

g If the head coach is not available, due to suspension or personal reasons, the club must contact the Competition Manager immediately, prior to kick-off and a temporary exemption may be made. Any granted exemption will be communicated with the referee.

The intent of the above regulation is to allow clubs a reasonable timeframe to enable them to have a qualified replacement coach

Is it Ok ethically/morally/legally for the CF Chair to be promoting a CF financial contribution to the Alex Moore Park clubroom building, given that they were recently the Club Manager of one of the benefiting clubs? Did they stand down from decision making on this payout? Or declare their association? Will other football clubs get a similar benefit too.

If phoenix are a TDP partner directly, does that mean that LHAFC are not in the TDP any more ? Do these players enter TDP comps as the nix, not lower hutt?

I assume Nix can't enter leagues directly - but who knows - it is all made up as it goes along..

Wow I think you are right judging by the chat going around. How? They aren’t affiliated? Isn’t there a homegrown rule for TDP? Apparently they have recruited the talent from all the clubs!

I certainly hope that Capital Football reject the proposal. The Chair has a clear conflict of interest and if she has been promoting this then she should consider resigning.

The Financial Accounts of North Wellington for the 2019 financial year are a disaster. They have dug themselves a hole and they need to work their way out of it.

How does it count accumulation wise across a season wide campaign.  Treated as a yellow card?

Yup, treated as yellow. In game two yellows, inc dissent = red card

Refs in Masters' grades suffer more than most so this will be good tool to bring some of the "Try Hards" into line.
