Div 1. Bays 0 Nomads 2. Same story again for Nomads can't score goals as last season. This season dominate the game but can't put the ball in the net enough to kill the game. First goal a penalty afer handball on 15 mins.  If it had been 10 to nil Bays would still have only conceded half the chances Nomads carved out. PoD for Bays would have to be the keeper.

Not looking good for the Rams or the Hawks even at this early stage. What was a 3 point gap is now 5 points and both teams struggling to score goals, gonna be a long season.

Yes agree but still 17 rounds or 51 points available so plenty of time to get off the bottom.

Well they lost today at home to Nelson.... Unless Nelson play their home games at ASB.... Nothing about it at the game though...

having taken in the coastal and Halswell game (who had mostly reserves playing) and the Cash Tech and Nelson game over the weekend with Cash Tech fielding half a reserve team, as much as the league is tight now when Cash Tech bring back in their regular players I can't see them being topped over the course off the season

Selwyn defeated Parklands in the last few minutes of the game today.  Parklands went 2 goals up early in the game with Selwyn pegging on back just before half time.

It was only in the last 10 mins that Selwyn grabbed on from a Corner, then Dan Ede squeezed one through the (Very good) Parklands Keeper.

Physical game with both sides giving as good as the gave.  Parklands look very strong this year.
