Cash Tech vs Waimak deferred tomorrow. Not because Waimak have their NZ reps out. Anyone know why❓

Don't think KB would have had any control over the girls who couldn't play because of their plans for pre formal make up sessions

However CT Pdl had the bye so they could have put a team on the park against an under strength Waimak team.So still doesn't answer the question about miscommunication.

This weekends round is Round 20, meant to be the final round of the league (before rounds were deferred) and draw had all Round 20 games down to be played at 1pm Sunday, so this is the possible reason for the miscommunication.

couldn't agree more . as good as the players in coastal are i honestly believe she could coach any of the top 4 or 5 teams to the title - shes that good . some coaches have the x factor and she sure does . well done to coastal on the win - to the players believing in the coach and the coach for bringing the best out of her players.

Top effort from the mad Irishman, I doubt whether this will be his final stint with the girls.

I understand that Waimak vs Cash Tech game is being played this weekend despite Waimak request to defer it for a week due to players on international duty. Looks like hair and makeup appointments are far more important.

Used to be three players in International Duty before a game was deferred, now I think it is four players.

Also looks like the semi-final of the Reta Fitzpatrick Cup - Waimak verses Coastal set down for next Saturday and this game has already been deferred once at the request of the clubs.

At least nobody inferred it's about the club that asks for a reschedule.

I see in WPDL Halswell have won 13 from 13 and are streets ahead of teh rest with 2 games to play. They had enough players to field a B team in WPDL. In Div 1 their 2 teams finished 1st and 3rd. Are the Hawks putting their hand up for WPL entry next season?

I would say so. They very nearly entered the WPL this year. Also competed really well vs CashTech in one of the cups, think they lost 3-0.

Strange - 50% correct

Also normally a 11am kick-off if the English Cup is kicking off at 2pm, will not even fit in the 90 minutes - let alone extra time and pens if needed.

To the charge sheet I add the following:

Incorrect spelling of Reta, as in Reta Fitzpatrick, bottom left - yet it's correct in the large print!

Mention of a venue might be useful ...

Cheers,

JR
