In the finals it is 2 Yellow Cards = Ban right? If the Victory some how manage to win, they will have a number 1 card away from missing the GF (if they made it).

I know what you mean. Part of it is to do with how effectively Perth have shut Victory down. Don't think they've managed a single chance this half, let alone a decent moment of flowing football.
