Two of the most unlikeable teams in the a-league. For someone of his age Behich really has temper problem. Maybe look into why Woud reacted like that at the end - Beech being an absolute tosser

Entertaining game for the neutrals. As much as i dislike AFC i hate any team from the City franchise even more. They are just part of a plastic global empire....the MacDonalds of football. May is quite a good footballer. Elliot has cemented his AW selection.
Gillion shows that going away to the Oceania pro league has matured his game. Nix need to get into this comp to develop our youngsters.

Behich must have the scariest eyes in the history of A league football.
Tough to see AFC in their current state going on a four match winning run, but they have given themselves a chance.
Home leg first next week will be a good thing and hopefully allow them to recover a bit.
Like a few above was sure that Gillion would miss. He was obviously against tiring legs when he came on but seemed to make a point of difference and the best option to score. Think there still is a late blooming player there and hope AFC promote him to a senior contract next year. If not think he should be picked up by the Nix.
Nice for the All White squad contenders to also have at least two more weeks of football before the World Cup.
Would be poetic justice if AFC and Victory win and revenge for last year is handed out at Mt Smart, with a shot hitting both posts and trickling in.

I looked at Nabbout and despaired a bit to be honest. I hope none of this piratical Jets team end up with their career’s petering out at City.
Behich, Nabbout, Leckie…all Aussie legends, but finishing 6th and often playing like robots without heart or soul to small crowds.

I agree re-the City group, AFC also have a great chance to make the GF.
Adelaide are probably on par and have no Jovanavic for the first league.

Prices were increased. I'll say +50% or thereabouts for GA. Also not opening top of south stand forces potential attendees into higher seated price bracket. The other factor is that 5pm Saturday kickoff overlaps club football.

So they did increase ticket prices????....and got a small crowd. The Germans have a great word for that.
Do the A League take the ticket revenue for the finals playoffs?
If its the club then its not a great look for a club owned by a billionaire to fleece locals, many of whom are currently stuggling to pay their bills
