Great hold up play from DJ Brox in Yokohama's equaliser ....

Very sloppy stuff. Not sure what the keeper was doing way out there either.

Bring back Nathan Coe!

3-1

Don't know why I bothered watching that rubbish.

Still think that is the softest penalty ever.

HT 1-1 MV v Guangzhou

Wide open game, could be 4-4. Kosta's missed at least three very good chances but otherwise playing well.

Its 1-0 to Victory isn't it?

Yeah sorry, don't know why I got that wrong. MV really under the pump now.

That's Coes's 4th crucial save.

2-0!!

Troisi just gets better and better. Easily their MoM tonight for me. Nice calm little through ball from Kosta too.

Victory have to pull out their cheque book and buy Troisi. They have an Aussie marquee slot and he is probably the best option available.

Damn, didn't realise WSW were playing at the same time. HT 0-0 there.

Permalink Permalink

Wow, this ref is incredibly lenient. That's four obvious fouls in four minutes that he hasn't blown up.

Permalink Permalink

WSW scores!

Permalink Permalink

That'll do it. WSW have been totally in control this half. Impressive stuff.

Permalink Permalink

2-0. That almost certainty puts them thru. They host the last placed team in their group in the final round.

They could lose and still go through (lose by less goals than Kawasaki or Kawasaki win)

If CCM win tonight and the other game doesn't end in a draw they will be through too.

I didn't realise how tight Victory's group was! All four teams on 7 points with one game remaning.

0-0 at HT between CCM and FC Seoul.

Good chances to both teams. Horrible miss from Hutchinson who tried to flick a header into the corner instead of just burying the thing.

Permalink Permalink

Reddy keeping them in it at the moment.

Permalink Permalink

Ibini is such a frustratingly dumb player. CCM have only managed a few decent attacks this half and he's made a mess of both of them.

Permalink Permalink

Jesus wept. Hutchinson caps an awful game by steering the ball expertly past Reddy in the 92nd minute. Hard to know what the hell he was thinking there.

Deserved 1-0 win to FC Seoul who were all over them.

Probably been said but could Sommet pick this up? I wouldn't mind watching some of these games

WSW leading Guizhou 1-0 at HT and looking very comfortable.

MV about to kick off against Jeonbuk. A win away seems unlikely, especially without Troisi. No Milligan either. Doomed.

Permalink Permalink

WSW were pretty much thru, should be easily thru now. Hope Victory can pull off the upset.

3-0 WSW.

4-0, sounds like it was an Ono stunner. Maybe i picked the wrong game to watch

Smashed it in on the half volley after a pathetic punched clearance by the keeper.

Got to hand it to Muscat, he has done well to produce such a competitive ACL side. Most of this side is extremely young and frankly not very good, yet they are still right in there with a show of sneaking a win and going through. Being forced to sub two players before half time isn't doing them any favours though.

Have the admit the last month or so they have been playing some good football. Muscat might actually end up as a pretty decent coach surprisngly.

Victory draws 0-0 and are eliminated from the ACL.

Never really looked likely either, unless you count Archie's last minute chance which, if it had gone in, would've been a travesty, he being a yard offside. Muscat must regret not at least having Troisi on the bench. MV looked clueless up front without him.
