on replay clearly he fluffed his shot. I'm not a Perth fan but I didn't think it should have ended like that. We really should be watching the beginning of extra time now.

Why would you have Gillett in charge of the final ? The major talking point is the peno; whether or not Berisha is a dick is moot. By rating that cock as the top ref in the leagus always meant a contentious decision was possible.We're not talking about a cracking game of footy;we're talking about a sh*t decision from a poor ref.
Oh , I'm glad the Roar won but I do feel sorry for Perth. Had their smothering tactics near perfect tonight. Crap way to lose a final.

1) My first thought when it was live was that it was a pen.
2) Totally fluffed shot but I reckon he got a light touch on his left foot a step before.
3) Could have gone either way....

Best team was Mariners, top of the table - you cant argue this. Look at Roars 6 in a row losing streak. In my book if youre sh*t enough to lose 6 games in a row, youre not good enough to be champions - AND in the top leagues around the world you wouldnt be. If Barca or Man U lost 6 in a row they wouldve thrown away all hope of taking a title weeks ago.

Can't blame Berisha for appealing for it but I didn't like the pre-penalty celebrating that was going on - he could have been a little more circumspect about it, fully knowing that he hadn't been touched.
Anyway, Brisbane, enjoy your moment. Ange Is about to sell you down the river and without him someone like Berisha will just be a f**king liability.
