0-0 HT.  Rojas best on pitch - one gr8 effort clipping the crossbar...

Watching it on a half hour delay here on Sky Stevo (delayed for the Breakers even though they had finished when Melbin kicked off).

If you delay each of your comments by 30 mins we'll be in perfect sync.

Just jot them down on a piece of paper and note the time.

5 mins to go to half-time.

So exciting. Can someone break the deadlock???

Rojas looks superb.

No worries mate. Maybe just keep it vague, like "ooh, that was quite a good thing that happened just then".

Unfortunately Sky are also insisting on showing us the entire half-time break in real time.

OK all youse watching streams are free to talk about Marco's great goal now.

Sweeeet.

Look what Marco can do when he's got good training facilities.

Yeah but he would be even better if he was still at the Phoenix chasing down Vinnie Lia long balls.

Nick Ward - clearest evidence ever that Phoenix has never actually had a no cocks policy.

For a while there that was obviously subordinate to the 'sign anyone willing to play for a club on the verge of bankruptcy' policy

Great save from Smeltz by Coe.

15 minutes to go on the delayed coverage.

I can't believe people are being so respectful about posting live updates. Either that or no-one else is watching.

I saw the last few minutes...

But am now watching W Three on video.

Harper giving props to Yellow Fever-Marco Rojas relationship - again.

Yet still completely oblivious to why Marco didn't play more his first season. Guess we can't expect commentators to do research into the subject they talk about.

Without Yellow Fever Rojas would still be playing for Waikato FC and wondering what the training facilities at Newtown Park are like.

Full Alex Tobin points again surely, what a champ

He's my pick to take out the Alex Tobin award, ADP is nothing compared to Rojas at the moment. I get excited when Marco is on the ball, and ADP doesn't excite me at all.

It's the same feeling I had when he was back with us. He gets the ball and you just feel like something will happen. Still needs work before heading overseas, his crossing isn't back to the same level it was with us and needs to improve his shooting/finishing imo.

His crossing seems great in the last few weeks to me. Does suffer from the yips in front of goal at times. The most exciting player at the victory and possibly the league at the moment. Awesome to see.

Didnt he have an injury for a lot of it.Very unfair to compare the player of his first season and what you see today.Hindsight is a great thing.

He is going very well, I enjoy watching him and it is obvious that the Victory have a lot of confidence in him now

2 aspects he could be better in. Would like to see him holding the ball more, he gets pushed off it too easy, and to have a driving shot, he likes to guide the ball, and sometimes a drive might be better, maybe in those one on ones with the goalie

Yeah he had an ankle injury. Something the 'ricki out' brigade enjoy conveniently ignoring.

Shane Smeltz very lucky not to have been red carded.

I predicted this when he was still playing for us.

was at this game, thought Rojas was brilliant. lots of victee fans believe they are the ones who made rojas who he is now. They also only sing one song.

AAMI park however is a footballing paradise.

ive got a song that wont take long, Adelaide are rubbish.. the second verse is same as the first.. ADELAIDE ARE RUBBISH

Perfectly understandable . Sort of human nature. Are they supposed to know about Waikato?
Do Utd fans know(or care) that Rooney is a scouse?

Also fair to say that playing under Ange probably has a bit to do with it.

I was going to mention that but thought I might be branded a Ricki hater.

That has nothing to do with Ricki. Just because he is doing well under Ange, doesn't mean he wouldnt or didn't do well under Ricki.

Personally I think his problem last year, other than the circus the Victory were, was that they were passing the ball to him when he was standing still. Under Ricki and Ange, he gets the ball put in front of him, so he can run on to. That gives the defenders less time to try and push him off the ball.
