There's a hesitancy in their expressions, like they don't know each other and aren't sure whether they should ..

How about a white t-shirt with a single $ sign on it?

Melbourne City are fast becoming a very unlikable side. Like even more than Perth. Faking injuries, rolling on the ground, time waste.

I can't remember ever having had 7 minutes extra time in 10 years of A-league until the first game this year...

City have certainly taken over the mantle of WSW as the most disliked team. But like WSW, when the FFA are backing you, you can do and get away with pretty much anything you want.

His name was mentioned along with the reports of the move but at the start of the season, JvS said this was going to be his last anyway. So I reckon it was unlikely myself

Pardew?

He is probably the most likely, but both Phelan & Mancini are looking for gigs & meet those criteria. Gonna suggest Mancini is rather unlikely tho

Steve Bruce was on charge of Hull when they made the final. Could be Sherwood?

Another possibility. With Val's phrasing, I guess an agent is gonna put forward the coach to City, so might not be anything that comes from it.

Could be Giggs, he was an assistant LVG when they made last years FA cup final. Also been a manager in the prem as a caretaker after Moyes was sacked.

I hope it is Harry Redknapp as he'll bankrupt them.

Melbourne City show a massive lack of ambition and appoint Valkanis until the end of the season.

but, but, but he was the Asst Coach wasn't he? Surely everyone who knows anything knows that you never appoint the Asst Coach until the end of the season.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Fornaroli set to miss 6-8 weeks after a bad tackle in last nights FFA Cup game

http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/football/melbourne-city-blow-as-star-striker-bruno-fornaroli-likely-sidelined-for-beginning-of-aleague-season/news-story/e822d15a3666088c2dbe58b84113fb8e

Edit:

Melbourne City have confirmed striker Bruno Fornaroli suffered a fracture to his right ankle in Tuesday's Westfield FFA Cup clash against Hakoah Sydney City East.

In a huge blow to Warren Joyce's side, Fornaroli will undergo surgery in coming days and he appears likely to miss the start of the Hyundai A-League season.

Oh damn. That's shark. Fornaroli is brilliant to watch so I hope he makes a full and swift return.

I think just about everyone would say he's been great for the A-League.
