what on earth is Nick Ward doing back on a football pitch?? Are they paying him or is he agreeing to do it for nothing?

He has an injury replacement contract with the Jets. Seen a fair bit of debate recently over them, loads of people calling for them to be scrapped. Ward doesn't help the argument for them, they really should be using a NYL kid instead of a journeyman who isn't good enough to pick up a full time deal.

I'm a bit torn on the debate, yes they block NYL kids development but they can be a good way of giving older state league players a chance. Franjic & Manny might not have ever made it into the A-League without them.

Probably not the result we wanted but Sydney have played very well-- Melbourne are poor and have been outplayed all over the park.

Their midfield is a shambles, they can't play a 2 man midfield without Milligan. Muscat needs to make a change in formation but he wont, he is following Ange's instructions to the letter.

I actually dislike Leijer cause I think he is a thug but I just hate to see a player ( any player from any club get carried off)
