De Silva may not be the only player prised away from the Sky Blues by the Mariners, with Stajcic also believed to be keen on young gun Ryan Teague, who is captain of the Australian under-16s.

Why would Da Silva want to play for CCM? They're garbage!

He is contracted to CCM. Was only at SFC on loan.

Can understand that CCM coach would want him there.

Melbourne City FC sign defender Richard Windbichler (via r/A-League)

Looks to have pretty decent pedigree, age-group experience with Austria. Good pick up

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Windbichler

He looks a very good signing, was in the K-League Team of the Year last season. He was available on a free during the January window and expressed interest in playing in the A-League, so glad we will finally be able to see if he lives up to the hype.

What a signing. Tempered by them probably losing big Bart though.

Both Sydney and Victory were chasing him, I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up at the Victory. Tho Muscat leaving seems to have put them on the back foot with regards to signings, they haven't made any yet. Maybe that will change when Kurz is finally appointed.

Normally wouldn't post a tweet by some random person who claims to be ITK but Fowler is targeting this kinda level. Take with a huge grain of salt tho.

Guess he knew something after all.

Gotta laugh at the Roar calling him a "English Premier League midfielder" tho I guess it is technically correct cuz he did play 9 minutes of Premier League football.

Sounds like a number of clubs were, strange that he took a 1 year deal when surely others would have been willing to offer longer.

The promos for the first Sydney Derby write themselves.

Round 1 surely has to be the derby and first ever game at Bankwest. The McGowan brothers, the Baumjohan switch, many spicy narratives to that one.

Annual finals disappointment enthusiast.

No way he is a marquee compared to who we tried to get last year and was not considered good enough.

We wanted the Fox Sports marquee fund to help pay for them, no indication that WSW want some of that cash
