Well yes. I do think though the A League ought to keep a few outfield players like him so they teams don't rely too much on juniors.

I would assume its a 'sold & loaned back until he is 18' kinda deal they are looking at doing.

Herrington was sold 6 months before he turned 18.

Scored a ripper of a goal against the AWs at Suncorp in 2022. But yeah his European club career never really went anywhere.

FYI - Another of the ex African refugee cohort to have come out of Adelaide, Irankunda has just agreed to a transfer from Watford to Portuguese giants Sporting CP in a deal worth a reported €15 million fixed fee plus add-ons,

I reckon he should've stayed at Watford for one more year. Then the big fish would've come sniffing. A great talent in the making. But reminds me of Singh but doing better. The world is his oyster.
