PERTH Glory's former Socceroo marquee Mile Sterjovski today flew out to China to undergo a medical with Chinese Super League team Dalian Aerbin.

Jet's are raiding the youth market for next season, apparently they are after Craig Goodwin from the Heart. They already have snapped up Birighitti, Taggart & Brown.

SYDNEY FC may not yet have a new coach, but they've already moved into the market for new players, with the Sky Blues believed to be closing in on a deal to bring former Ivory Coast international Franck Manga Guela to the A-League next season.

Guela, 25, has endured a nomadic career since turning professional as a teenager with Mamelodi Sundowns in South Africa. Spells in Greece and Croatia followed, before he joined German lower-league side Arminia Bielefeld three years ago, where he was a teammate of Brisbane Roar striker Besart Berisha and Adelaide United marquee star Dario Vidosic.

How can they afford him, I thought they were strapped for cash? If not, it makes the decision to sell their best player half way through the season pretty stoopid doesn't it.

Melbourne Heart have confirmed the departure of seven players following the end of the 2011/12 Hyundai A-League campaign, including Alex Terra, Rutger Worm, Maycon, Kristian Sarkies, Kamal Ibrahim, Kliment Taseski and Nikola Roganovic.

Barker-Daish and Bowles from GCU to Adelaide. Both good signings, would have liked at least Barker-Daish at the Nix.

Raul leaving Europe next year, wants to spend more time with his family. Thought maybe Aus as a marquee for one of the big boys! Doubt the Nix could get him, what with the Welnix guys saying no marquee signing,  but Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane might be appealing destinations for him.

So 8 months after having a bankrupt owner and widely being predicted for the wooden spoon we have emerged as one of the most stable clubs in terms of ownership/staff/results.

Brisbane - change of manager
CCM - Still waiting for the funds to arrive
Perth - Falling over rumours
Heart - No manager
Sydney - ibid
Newcastle - trainwreck
Victory - Change of manager, need to replace 1/2 their roster
Adelaide - rubbish season results wise, is Kos still their manager?
GCU - Goooooone

Jets have announced they have signed Craig Goodwin from Heart and Scott Neville from Perth, and have comfirmed that they are not offering new contracts to Tarek Elrich, Jeremy Brockie and Ali Abbas will not be offered new contracts.
