Ipso facto they are noobs for listening to the noob who is obviously spinning a yarn.

I think most of them realise that Fowler's talking bullsh*t but they're discussing the impact it would have if it was true and how much publicity the A-League's getting just from a rumour.
And btw I'm a regular over there and it's not nearly as bad as you all think.

Isn't he trying to avoid being in the spotlight? He's hardly going to slip in under the radar playing in the a-league is he?

I'm a regular at the Big Kumara and it's not as bad as people make out- but doesn't mean that people believe me either.

That's good for you mate. I don't understand what everyone on here's problem is with 442.

I don't have much of a problem, just pointing out that peeps can have their own opinions. I think you'll find the biggest problem is that those on 442 don't enjoy Tim Tams. bigtobz2010-10-21 18:43:25

Fowler can't sign for anyone else until January 1st, but I VERY VERY VERY VERY much doubt he'd come here in the meantime!!

the day I start believing in rumors on the 442 forum spread by a guy called "walnuts" I'll probably start replying to all those annoying e-mails from a Nigerian banker who needs my bank account details and a heap of cash to transfer me an inheritance from a relative I've never heard of.

To be fair mate, I responded to one of those recently, and now I'm only days away from my fortune. It's being delivered, in person, my some bloke called W. Rooney apparently. We'll see who's laughing then ay

good publicity for the league.

hmmm maybe we should offer a deal for him.? Ifill and greenacre should talk to him. their brits...
player trade +cash deal?

rooney + $5,000,000 for Diego? Could be beneficial for both parties.

Wayne might have to live on the bench though unless we get an injury... hmmm.

all this talk of Rooney has shaded the big announcement by the Jets ... that Franny Jeffers is comming down for a trial.

Joking aside, they could have a front pair in Bridges and Jeffers that maybe a decade ago, could have been seen as a fututre England pairing.

442 makes me face palm like an automatic firearm.

We will never fully decide who has won the football.

If it does happen then fully understandable from Wayne's perspective.  I mean what player doesn't want to enhance his football career? loyalgunner2010-10-21 23:41:22

The fear of the A-League chasing him must have made him come to his senses!

Such a well known and prestigious league such as our own was far beyond what he can achieve and he knew it. So he stayed with Manchester United.

This is fact.

We will never fully decide who has won the football.
