We kick off the round with Adelaide hosting the WSW. This should be a pretty good game & tipping adelaide to pick up the W.

WSW open the scoring ... for Adelaide. WSW were looking quite good but then cough it up on a counter. Hall might gift them one back at some point, he looks likely to get his pocket pinched at some stage.

Apart from WSW providing some comedy relief in front of the Adelaide goal this game is rather hard on the eyes.

And it did. They cost themselves 2 points there.

Tipped a pair of draws tonight, I could very well end up 0/8 to start this season

Sydney rather lucky there, that was a really tight offside call

Jest v sydney, here we go, commentators talk way too much and ruin it.

yeah, but jets stuck several in offside position, so its not surprising the wrong one gets called.

Should have been a red.

Ouch, hope Birighitti will be ok. Smeltzy has had a few incidents like that over the years, don't for any minute think it was deliberate.

[Edit: Well that might be his post football modelling career over

Never ceases to amaze me that coaches do not have players on the post. Look around the world and there  are heaps of goals scored because of this.

What type of seagull are those?  They seem to be quite keen to settle on the pitch away from the play.  Our ones are much more considerate.

This is a much better game to watch for a neutral than last night's rubbish.

That was a quality cross by Pain, I wondered why they took Kosta off for him but he came up trumps

You could say that Berisha was a bit lucky there with the deflection off the keeper... but geez he has an uncanny ability to be in the right place at the right time when it matters the most.

Perfect example of someone worth breaking the no cocks policy for.

Havent't seen the game or the clip but in the last year FIFA have said this is a yellow. Contact on the boot (I.e very low height wise) coming down with a chance to play the ball. I'm going to assume yellow was shown and if so, this is what is instructed.

You do know that if the players aren't on the post they don't just disappear, don't you? They can go and mark other players etc etc

Interesting Chris. Thanks.

Is it material if the trainling leg also collects the Sydney player's left leg?

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Phoenix fans. We have to win them over one fan at a time.
