That was shit by naboo. He chose to run wide with an advantage and then took the greedy shot.

There is more high ball in this game than an England rugby match

Have only watched the 2nd half... What a boring, low quality game. Shame for the crowd which sounds awesome.

What/who are they booing? Not a classic but booing a hard-fought draw is moronic.

Poor effort on attack for both sides. Victory it seemed never looked to switch the ball and both sides didn't even attempt through balls. Weak.

missed it apparently - should have been red carded, hopefully gets a couple of weeks on review - totally borefest of a game though, both melbourne teams look poor compared to WSW and CCM.

I'll happily take a dull 0-0 draw in our game tomorrow.

Went to the Derby, pretty underwhelming. Lots of frustrated fans, atmosphere felt staged somewhat.

We will never fully decide who has won the football.

whole a-league is uninspiring. Football in general. And life; life is uninspiring.

I like tautologies because I like them.

My impression of the first 3 games so far:

All games looked disjointed, low accuracy passing, a lot of turn-overs (far too many considering they are pros), no teams produced many clear cut chances and when they came often were squandered.

So on the quality of the games, the worst I've seen in a while. It should get better though once the teams have played a few rounds and gotten to know each other better.

The crowds were good, nice to see a new attendance record set. Although Sydney vs Newcastle didn't draw as many fans as last year with the arrival of ADP. Shows that even marquee signings lose their sparkle after some time.

Nevertheless, crowds and atmosphere were great!

In terms of entertainment by the organizers, it was ok. I'm still missing a theme tune for the A-League when teams walk in.

There are a number of things that could be done better like that though.

Overall, the spectacle, crowds, and all that I'd rate 8/10, and football being played on the pitch 5/10.

Go Phoenix!

Pretty much on the nose. CCM game wasn't too bad and our first half was decent enough but otherwise pretty despressing.

Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!
