That intro was appalling. Made me want to turn off the tv.

Agreed, the whole Fox promotion overkill this season is just a bit embarrassing. Reeks of desperation.

Arrogant prick he may be but that is a fantastic goal.

Almost as good as Tim B.

That was awful defending from Georgievski for that second goal. He actually had a look behind himself before the cross was delivered and seeing no one there relaxed and didn't even bother to track Fornarolli's late run.

City with 80 completed passes. Victory 33.

I thought it was better. Watch the shot from the keepers end.

Arrogant, nope, confident yes. There is a difference and if one scores a goal every two internationals one has some right to be.both.

Ah those. Suppose this is the place I'll find them ;)

Nice little "impish" goal from Marco too. Enjoyable game

Yeh good ad for the league. Victory should have made it more competitive though. Dodgy defending and some poor delivery into a fairly handy VIctory front line hasn't helped. Manny showing us what we're missing too.

Did Rojas get the assist for Victory's goal? Seems like he did from what I read?

He didn't assist it, he scored it.

Straight to a golf segment without interviews. Not even to ads WTF. That city line up is very impressive. Even the 'work horses' like Rose and Manny were superb tonight.

I am overseas for a conference and watched the last 10 minutes of the game on a stream that feeds off SKY coverage - it had interviews with both coaches, City and Victory (Rojas) players.  There was quite a bit of post-match analysis from the panel (maybe 10 min all up) before it ended.

Actually, getting outplayed quite a bit these days

Only seen the goals in the Victory game so far but its safe to say that the Victory have some serious work to do on their defence. On that Brattan goal, there was 4-5 defenders vs Kamau & him.

As was said below our b team loosing by one goal to city isn't the end of the world it turns out.

As a side note it goes to show how good is that Manny has walked out of our squad and straight into theirs, considering how good they are and how bad we were.

He really was always massively underrated by fans I reckon.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Manny underrated? Not by me! I loved the guy!

Reading the online comments about Cahill's goal, 'goal of the season, wonder strike, blabla' Long range shot, not my style. I understand that FOX and FFA have to talk him up alfter paying all the money. Bruce Kamau is a fine player, unstoppable.

Good to see Rojas instead of Berisha scoring. Victory struggling puts our game last week into perspective.

Loads of hate coming for Bozanic this morning from Victory fans as well, he has been a complete waste of a marquee slot.

No, we looked competitive in the second half before that happened.

Surprised by Nabbout. Now that he away from MV he is starting to look quite decent.

That stint in Malaysia appears to have done him the world of good, he has done more in the last couple weeks than he did in the last couple of seasons at the Victory.
