Interesting, 5th time in 6 games CCM have scored first. The 0-0 draw last week is the only one they haven't scored first in.

True but that was definitely CCM's best half of footy so far this season I think. For such a relatively ordinary squad Okon is doing a good job with them. Which kind of peeves me because it reminds how an on-paper better Nix squad is so disorganised, fragile and demoralised.
(I'd swear I've written almost that exact comment sometime during last season!)
hope CC win, they deserve it for their positive forward play. A better ref and decent commentators for a change make this much more enjoyable game than most this season.

So much good about that first half from ccm. They've blunted Syd by denying them the ball, then swarming whenever they get a sniff of it. High tactical discipline. Don't say Syd are off. CCM get the credit. Can they replicate 2nd 45... #CCMvSYD

CCM's two Dutchies in midfield totally outplayed Sydney, given their pedigree its a surprise its taken them this long to do it to a team. Very well deserved 3 points for the Coasties

Adelaide's lack of a striker is becoming a huge problem. If they don't manage to find someone capable of scoring at least 10+ goals then their season is in real trouble.
