Hoole with a stunner from outside the box and CCM score first for the umpteenth time this season. 0-1

He can pull those crackers out from time to time. Done it to us before too.

Let's hope they hang on for at least a point.

And we still have to play them.

If you are old and wise you were probably young and stupid

Even with the VAR delay not sure how Gillet found an extra 3 minutes. At least they got the decision right.

I'll be at that game, so a guaranteed loss for us.

Starting to look inevitable that the Reds roll over the top here. CCM had their chance to make it 2-0 just after HT but couldn't finish.

And here comes the collapse. Isaias levels us up 1-1

Why don't we put corners like that over? They are so hard to defend for a good defence, let alone one as bad as CCM's.

Fantastic defending by Aspro to prevent his own team scoring ...

Statistically the short corner's the best option.

Oh FFS I'd be the last person to defend Simon but that is not a foul. Stupid refereeing.

"Nisbett will position himself outside the area for this corner"...LOL

Someone on the forum said he was 4 inches shorter than the previously known shortest pro footballer.

God awful defending from Clisby.

And there is the winner for Adelaide, Blackwood finishes a chance created by Galloway. 2-1

Pathetic.

The more points we get the further we fall down the table!

Honestly, that defending was beyond terrible. Five defenders, two attackers and it was like a hot knife through butter.

Juande is on 4 yellows going into this game, he is a big part of the Glorys structure so would be nice if he can pick up a 5th yellow.

Pet Rat on the bench, surprising.

Keogh taps one in for the Glory, 1-0

Castro is a magician. Seriously think he is one of the very best players to grace the A League in its 12+ years history.

Matty has been terrible for the Jets this season. Wonder if we could ask the Jets if we could have them back for some midfield depth?

Amazing how things have turned around re Ridenton and Rufer. The latter appears to have much more to his overall game, not only the skill factor going forward but a lot more muscle in the tackle.

The other issue for the Jets is how mediocre Vargas and Jair have been. Once again Vargas has been very disappointing tonight.

Are Adelaide fans going "It's not fair we're only fifth but we're doing really well" or is that only a thing Phoenix fans are doing?

Jets were so much better with Petratos at #10 last season, he doesn't get enough touches when playing wide.

Crazy isn't it. After 16 games last season we'd be sitting in 3rd on goal difference. 2016/17 4th on goal difference. Though 15/16 would also have us in 6th. We'd be 4th in 14/15, and we actually were 4th in 14/15 after 16 games but with 2 more points.

I'm not really annoyed by it but it is a genuinely odd state of affairs that the league has broken nearly in half and the top 6 are beating the bottom 4 almost without exception. At the end of the day if we are good enough to get the 4th spot we'll get it, so the only results that matter are ours. Weirdly it makes this season much more enjoyable from my point of view.

I watched Ridenton in this game, I actually think his passing is very good, he’s very quick moving the ball forward, and all his passes seem to diagonal forward creating some danger. I would take him back anytime. For my taste he is the better footballer. But to be honest I’m surprised how well Rufer is playing, good on him.

Didn't he hit the post again? Heh, the final piece to his game.

How does he compare to Mandi do you think?

Thought he's been solid but not spectacular. Sits back in space as an outlet if they have no other options going forward. His passing has been quick and accurate, usually having only one or two touches. He is doing the simple stuff well, without imposing himself on the game.
