If the Roar can pick up the 3 points here, they will suddenly jump into contention for the 4th place spot imo.

Hopefully the Mariners can sneak in with a win, just to keep that separation between the top 4 and the rest. Would also see the Victory drop to 9th!

Good round of matches to come though, which should have ramifications for the table.

Kind of hoping for draw's in these matches because ahead of our bye next week, even though Adelaide may be 6 points behind us, they've got those two games in hand...

Goal difference is huge though

Teams are very even right now.

With the closeness of the results so far this season though (lot's of 1 goal victory's) all it takes is for one team to turn up on the day (think us v CCM last season) and the goal difference goes right out the window. Either that or a couple of 2-0 or 3-0 wins on the trot.

Surprised at how close the matches have been so far this season though, very few real blowouts. Even the traditional whipping boys no easy beats... As we almost experienced last night!

I'd be quite happy with this exact result as final score - three points for Adelaide while not doing loads for their GD

10 goals for Berisha now. I gotta eat humble pie here, going into this season I thought he was cooked. He doesn't have the same insane aggression but once he shook off the rust, he has been as clinical as he was at his peak.

WTF, I never thought I'd say this but after that interview with our favourite cod to dislike, I actually enjoyed listening to him and what he had to say. Almost seemed like quite a good sort. I might need some medication for saying that.
