Playing in the sunny afternoon never seems to carry that "this is a huge match" feeling.

Damm, hopefully the cricket doesn't finish too late otherwise I will miss most of this game. It's times like these when MySky would be handy.

I am glad this is on Sunday and not Saturday otherwise it would clash with my beloved Warriors.

It's amazing how 55,000 retarded Queenslanders will show up for the big event when their side has been worth the ticket price to watch all season long and their average attendance is below 10,000!

Hopefully the fall from the bandwagon doesn't hurt you all too much!

A little disappointed this is on SS3, no HD :(

Also, had a quick flick through the sports section and sports pull out for the dom post today and didn't see anything on the big game, must be something there (come on, two kiwis in the final!). Also no reporting on Kosta making fans team of the season.

I think the move to a later start next season will mean that both the start of the HAL won't be buried by the finals of other codes and the finals of the HAL won't be buried by the start of the other codes.Bullion2011-03-11 13:31:48

wouldn't that mean though that the finals will be played at least a month into the other codes new seasons?  Still get buried.

You would hope that the hype would have died down by then, or the warriors aren't doing to well

Whether you are correct or not, what it says that Queenslanders will back winners particularly in a final.
In the NSL final in 1997 they got over 42000 when Brisbane played at Lang Park.
Would the Nix fill Westpac if they were in the final, and if so would it be 40000 retarded Wellingtonians.

If you are old and wise you were probably young and stupid

I'm from NSW hence everyone who resides north of  the Tweed River I consider to be a wee bit spasticated!

CCM will be very happy if the game stays as scrappy as the 1st 10 has been. Brisbane need to get their pattern going.
