Yellow Fever League - fourth edition

Im up 8-0 over battle hill FC in the prem. TTU is only 1-0 up against Peow FC. Come on Peow, get an equaliser!

Still 2-2 in the tawa derby and my game against Racing Club north shore.

It's possible that I have 3 games open on 3 tabs....

Stat of the week: 

Being down to 10 men from the 19th minute didn't help Wellington Phoenix FC. 

thanks for the reminder Tegal, I started witha slight defensive mindset with 2 CDMs so posession was always going to be low, but to have a CB sent of in the 19th just killed me.

Looking forward to the games tonight. 

Need a win in division 2 to win the league. If I dont get a win, Patrick (Tawa FC) need to better my result, then win next week to take top spot. Big night. 

Also in the premier league, I think TTU are playing colvinator (paraparumu disjointed), who snatched an upset draw against them last week. Need them to pull it off again to give me a chance of the premiership win in the final week. 

4 crucial games i'll be keeping an eye on. Liking the way this has turned out!

Was happy seeing Tawa FC 1-0 down again the Fat Cockneys, but they just equalised. I'm still 0-0 against Tawa AFC

Peow just equalised against me in prem! At least you're going out with a bang. TTU still 0-0 against Paraparumu Disjointed.

 Interesting half time results in Div 1.  Yet again Para Disjointed proving to be boogie side for me.

FC up 2-1 over the Cocks now! Suck on that Tegal!

and im still 0-0 against the *other* Tawa! Going down to the wire.

Peow also 2-1 up against me, in what could be the upset of the season, eclipsing Paraparaumu Disjointed draw against TTU earlier in the season. If they hang on for the win, they also have a chance at avoiding relegation next week.

 Woops thought this was the last week of Friendly League...Take back everything I have said about being relegated. We are staying up!

Think you need a win though, and I just equalised.

 A win would help...If I only manage a draw I will have to hope Disjointed lose and then smash them next week to fix my GD.

Tawa FC get up 4-1 over the Fat Cocks, only for Tawa AFC to go and throw away any chance FC had of winning Div 2 by gifting a 1-0 win to tegal's Aussie side.

Division 2 title secured :)

Looks like TTU is going to take the premiership though, unless Battle Hill FC beat them next week.

 So a 4-0 victory next week will keep me up if my maths is right

TTU just need a draw to secure the premiership title. Battle Hill FC will be looking to spoil the party with an upset win which could see them avoid the wooden spoon if Paraparaumu Disjointed beat Peow FC

Peow FC vs Paraparaumu Disjointed

Peow FCs draw against tegal last round has given them a fighting chance at avoiding relegation. A 3 goal defeat will see Paraparaumu Disjointed relegated, and Peow FC pulling off possibly the greatest fever league escape to date.

Division 2

With Wellington Phoenix having secured the division, and resigning Tawa AFC to the wooden spoon in the process..As well as Tawa FC having already won promotion, this week is all about the Racing Clubs. 

Racing Fat Cockneys probably have the slight edge, both on goal difference, and playing the the lower ranked side in the league. 

Division 3

The Trains were actually 0 - 1 dwon in the 61st minute versus Dirty Sanchez, but then strikes by captain Duncan Doran (62) and Thai Nam (72) put Lokomotiv a goal up, a lead which they held till the full time whistle.

Oh, and there is a small error in the Division 3 table. Wellington phoenix Fc have 21 goals against, not 20, so their GD is -11.

 So close to staying up...managed a rare win against Disjointed but not enough goals scored to beat his goal difference.

sigh time for a rethink in tactics, got to get some consistancy in version 5! I think a decent keeper will help me a bit for the next one.
