Yellow Fever League - fourth edition

Time to start registering interest. After the shambles last time,anyone who doesn't register interest in here,or respond to me in game will not get an invite. I will message those who may not frequent the forums as regularly directly in game once I get my laptop back also.

With the new (awesome and fast) forum working, and the nix season starting up again this should be a good season. 

I will bring back the fair play table this season. Do you guys want this to be divisional, or an overall fair play table? Do you want it at all?

I'll also add a match of the week per division, maybe more than one if there are some other interesting ones (I'll preview all games, if I have the time). 

Others can feel free to contribute game previews, write ups or anything else. I think it'd be cool. 

Have also toyed with the idea of a meet up at 4 kings on a game night (or another night). This will be a lot easier to do this season, now that the nix are starting and we have something of an established league going. I was thinking a final day of the league meet would be fairly fun, it would also be a concrete date. Such a thing is dependent on some decent wifi connection from the CBDfree council wifi, or perhaps we could borrow someones. 

Any other suggestions or thoughts?

 Fair play yes. Write ups/previews, yes. 4 kings - might struggle to get approval for that...

We have 16 teams. Will get invites sent out shortly, so keep an eye out for them.

We will be sticking with 3 divisions, with 3rd division being 6 teams with the addition of Michaelme's Los Halcones Locos FC. This should still work out as the same number of weeks for each division, so we will all finish on time. 

It will be the same format as last time, teams playing each other home and away, top 2 get promotion, bottom 2 get relegated.

Since none of the usual guys who send them are out of a division that I'm in, ill need a volunteer (preferably with pro, though I can send some to someone without it) to send invites for division 3. 

Ok, lets make this even more interesting...with a prize schedule

Pro days will be given to the winners of:

Division 1 - 10 days

Division 2 - 7 days

Division 3 - 5 days

Fair play - 5 days. 

With the Fair play, I understand those in division 3 will be playing 2 games more than everyone else - it will be sorted on points per game (PPG). How did we do it previously? was it 2 or 3 points for a red? And just 1 point for a yellow.

If some kind soul wishes to donate more pro days, we can expand this. But 27 days is about my limit. Of course I'll only really be giving away 5 days as I'm going to win divisions 1 and 2 as well as the fair play :p

I think bwtcf has sent the division 3 invites out? I'm about to send division 1 and 2 invites out,so look out for it and accept.

Just waiting on Peow and giddy up in division 1 and azevo in division 2. Not sure about division 3. Hoping to start this Tuesday so could anybody who hasn't yet done so please accept their invite :D

Giddyup is the last team we are waiting on.
