Haha oh wow, just saw why you were so eagerly awaiting it!

Well done on beating me 2-1!

Even getting the better of the shots and shots on target stats.

;) Boom! A Historic Day for The Trains!

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Wow! How close is Division 3!?

Yep looking forward to the end of that season! Any team could get promoted or relegated.

Will start sign up for the next season next week.

Halftime scores in div 4:

Earthquake City  1 - 0  Naenae A.F.C.

Waiouru R.S.C  1 - 0  Onehunga Town A.F.C.

Battle Hill F.C  2 - 1  FC Spartak Tawa

07 Jan 09:52

And fulltime:

Earthquake City  1 - 0  Naenae A.F.C.

Waiouru R.S.C  2 - 1  Onehunga Town A.F.C.

Battle Hill F.C  2 - 2  FC Spartak Tawa

That last game is only the second draw in 24 matches in div 4.

1 for the books, 3 1-1 draws in division two

Interesting, went down 2-0 to Tegal early, got it back to 2-2 after 20 minutes, 4-2 down after 80 then a red card left two late goals to be scored, decent effort though.

08 Jan 02:15

Tegal are weak.

We beat them 1 - 2 away at the chicken factory...

Naenae and Tawa at the bottom of the fair play league. No surprises there.

Reckon I'll be a lot closer to the pack in a season or two. As you guys improve, and my club declines.

Dirty Sanchez coming to The Bush tonight... Trains have never lost to Dirty Sanchez (5 wins, 2 draws), so I hope that trend continues...

Half-time in div 4:

FC Spartak Tawa  2 - 2  Waiouru R.S.C

Battle Hill F.C  0 - 0  Naenae A.F.C.

Earthquake City  0 - 0  Onehunga Town AFC

Only two draws in the first eight rounds, and this week all three games are even at the half. Still, I only need one point to secure the title so I won't complain if it stays that way...

2-2 nix vs elite div 2

Gah, should have kept my big mouth shut. Conceded two in the first five minutes after the restart.

14 Jan 09:54

Full time:

FC Spartak Tawa  3 - 2  Waiouru R.S.C

Battle Hill F.C  0 - 0  Naenae A.F.C.

Earthquake City  1 - 3  Onehunga Town AFC

Had only conceded six coming into this game, adding another three tonight is frustrating. Still have a three point buffer in the division and a goal difference of +16 compared to Onehunga's +5. Would have preferred to win it tonight though...

Last minute goal to seal Tawa's second win. Looked like they were heading for another draw.

14 Jan 10:06

Didn't Onehunga beat you in the first round as well? Bogey team.

Yup, they're the only two games I haven't won. Onehunga has lost three games to other teams but we just go to pieces against them.

14 Jan 16:22

I don't even.... Needing a win to avoid relegation, Fafe started with an early goal, and then conceded 6 before trying again... final score 7-3 and down we go.

14 Jan 18:22

won 4-2 last night against elite, standings in div 2 don't change - got surge next week!!

Bugger that's going to make it tough for me to stay up now...

Sweet. The Trains are now 6 - 2 - 0 against Dirty Sanchez.

And we have the Whips next week to finish up with.

Premiership

Congrats to Thunderthighs United for winning the Premiership AND the golden boot. Whips are relegated.

Division 2

Peow FC won division 2 last week I think. But a near perfect season is an awesome effort. Could do well in the premiership next season. Surge Thunder looks to be relegated unless they can pull off a truly massive win.

Division 3

Needless to say I'm cheering AD Fafe and Los Halcones Locos FC in their games next week. AD Fafe Relegated in spectacular fashion :( but will be hoping golden boot favourite Lelei can take out the golden boot in the final round.

Division 4

Onehunga upset Earthquake city for a second time this season. Unfortunately the goal difference may prove a stumbling block to also cause an upset and win the division next week. The win does make sure they will be promoted into division 3 in first season - congrats.

That's a bit premature! What if Soren goes mental against the Whips next week and nets 15 goals?

Tawa top the Fair play table, much to the confusion of bwtcf I'm sure. But then the other Tawa side are last, which is more like it.

FC Spartak Tawa top of the fairplay awards!? They are CLEARLY not from Tawa!

Had a couple of shockers in NZ league over the last couple of weeks. Good to get the away win vs EQC without my best striker too! Tweak in formation did trick (aka fluke). Looking forward to next season!

That game was just insane, 7-3 was too much for me. Annoys me that i let Goldstein score 3 goals (That is worse than the loss in my books).

16 Jan 07:31

Could come down to "goals for" to decide Div3!

People like Coldplay and voted for the Nazis. You can't trust people.

21 Jan 03:21

So I get Sky Valley for the 2nd time in 3 nights (Third YF opponent in 3 games), got a 3-2 victory on Sunday night, need another tonight to try and avoid last in the division.

21 Jan 21:22

Big 2-1 win for me last night against top of the table Peow Fc to avoid relegation from Div 2.

Another dominant win by the Whips over the Trains, although I seemingly can't beat anyone else, the Trains proved easy over the two games, 7-2 aggregate.

Still end up on the bottom, but hey, two wins in the top division, not bad at all for the first shot,

22 Jan 00:42

Nice work Niall, I'm on my way to the bottom again after a poor showing in the final round as Sky Valley showed me that the 3-2 on the weekend was a fluke.

Yep, Smashed by the whips again.

I will take my revenge (hopefully) on the Whippets in the league tonight... we saved on travel costs by doing a double header in Whiptown this week.

Haha nice, thats bound to show the embarrassing gulf in class between the two sides, I'm sure Kofoed and Green will take their anger out with five goals apiece. I just hope to nab a goal for the second game running to end the season.
