Hi guys

On sunday I will finally see my first Phoenix game live, I can't wait having watched the Knights disintegrate and being replaced by the Phoenix will living in the US and UK.

I used to love sitting in Block 5 during the Kingz/Knights days and am now curious as to what part of the ring of fire do all of the boys and girls sit in for the full fever atmosphere.

Any advice ticket/seating wise will be great.

C'mon the Phoenix bring me a win!

You could check the FAQ... but what you need is a ticket for aisle 21... from there the world is your oyster.

If you can't buy one in 21, you can go around to the information counter at aisle 18 and swap it for a zone ticket.  Have a read of the FAQ anyway.

I'd recommend popping around to Aisle 12 for 5 mins so you can have the full voice of the Fever Zone coming at you. The fans up there might hear some noise but it is when you are facing them that one can really appreciate the full volume that the Fever Zone inhabitants create. No wonder the players enjoy hearing them.
Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

The Ruf, The Ruf, The Ruf is on Fire!!

Food/beer stalls are open and no waiting for ages to be served, always worth a wonder round there at half time.

Living in chch, I've only been to one game as well (1-1 draw against Perth toward the end of last season). fantasticx to go to live sport where everyone actually wants to watch the game, rather than go and get food and talk to their families like the pretenders do at the rugby or cricket. Will try and get up for a game in december when i visit my olds.

My first and so far only game in Welly was vs. Melbourne last year when we won 2-1.

The celebrations on the concourse afterwards were amazing and I never thought I'd see that kind of football culture in NZ (I also went to Kingz games but Yellow Fever are something else).

I am sure you will enjoy your first game no end.

BTW my second and third games are coming up at the beginning of Nov, can't wait!
