Looks pretty good to me. Only two 7pm Sunday games, one of which is in the middle of school holidays. More Saturday nights. Like it.

Also makes sense to take travelling games to Chch & Akl.

Fkn QBE Stadium!!!! Play an A League game in Hamilton!

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

More Saturday games is good. Interesting the Auckland game is north harbour this time. Probably works out more convenient for us assuming we go since my partner's parents (where we stay whenever we go to Auckland) live on the north shore.

Bloody QBE stadium, if they want small they should have gone Mount Smart, or invested in a stadium with some semblence of infrastructure IE Eden Park.

EDIT: Auckland stadium rant aside it's AWESOME to see more Saturday events :)

Eden Park has always been the clubs preference afaik, maybe something has already booked the ground? Maybe TopLeft07 knows.

Good bad and ugly....

Saturday nite games good

Bad.. another tuff run in especially if we are not in top 4 by round 19/20.

Ugly and marketers nightmare..late Sunday kickoff to open season, no home games over January.

Among the double header away trip possibilities - Adelaide Boxing Day followed by Mariners New Year's eve.

Haven't been to Adelaide - advice please - worth a few days visit or give it a miss?

Interesting they are going to Albany rather than to Eden Park - that's a really bad review of Eden Park I think. A lot more people will have gone to Albany now during the U20s and seen it's possible with public transport - I think that's a good move.

Basically the 5 pm Sunday ko is a goner which is a pity as that's the clubs preference I think. Saturday night games suit me coming down this year

Whatever happened to the Sunday 3pm games? Saturday night is fine for me but Sunday mid-arvo was a good slot for a lot of different punters I think.

Is a 1pm AEST kickoff really that bad?

Well , I for one am absolutely delighted with QBE stadium in Albany getting a game. Right size and shape for a football game , and transport is not as much of an issue as people think (particularly a Saturday night game).

The sooner they put a bomb under Eden Park and turn it into pensioner flats the better ! It's an awful football stadium (except when full) and a dreadful cricket ground.

The Sunday 3pm AEST TV slot is basically been scrapped, they only happen 4 times this season with 3 of them being our home games. They just don't rate well for TV. I can't see a 1pm AEST slot doing much better tbh.

For those going on about public transport to Albany you're having a laugh. If you're south of the bridge you have to make your way to the CBD to get on a bus. It's easily over an hour each direction!

It's Auckland, everything takes an hour

Eden Park hasn't really worked so I think it's not a bad idea to try something new

Well, I can't walk home drunk off my face from a QBE game like I can at Eden, but I'll be there nonetheless.

It's just tanked with the U20's & the AW's games there. The AW's last played at Mt Smart, time to give that ago.

You're also doing Auckland wrong if everything takes an hour.
