He's suggesting Singh. Make of that what you will. Obviously I'd be incredibly stoked, but I would've thought that would be out of the question
God that'd be incredible for us, but 99% sure that guy's talking out of his ass and just got lucky with Hoops. Nothing about him or his conduct suggests 'journo'. He said the new import once played for Orlando City, then started suggesting Singh through clips of Sesame Street (?), saying the signing might or might not happen either soon or in the coming weeks. I'll east my words if this somehow is all true
efsdfsd.PNG296.94 KB Here's the post, posted this morning. The comments are taking this to mean we're either signing Singh or someone called Grover
Singh signing for the Nix on loan in his final season at Bayern before the gigantic shop window that is the Olympics would be strange, to say the least
I heard we’re getting a new player and some person is posting cyrptic messages to add suspense. I heard this player has 2 legs, 2 arms, 2 eyes and one nose, they also have a liver, kidney and a heart. I will be adding more info and clues up soon 😉
There must be a limited number of players with only one kidney. Someone do some research, quick.alon222

we’ve bought some players in the past with no heart so it’s an improvement hazhapard

Well that rules out the Spanish striker who used to play in the NPL with 1 arm

If it's to replace Devlin I'd like whoever it is to have a bit of guts. Please advise if this will be the case.

The snakes have just picked their goal of the season and of course it was against us, shows they must have been struggling to score if that was the best of the season as it wasn't particularly spectacular.
In other news David Williams Is off contact, wonder if he will be back to the A league? Could be handy for us off the bench but is 33.

edit: worth mentioning he never namechecked Hooper, he just claimed he was referring to Hooper after the fact when he initially said we were signing an import with "major European experience"
Oh yeah, I went to check this out myself and the guy is clearly just making shark up. It's not good to big up these people as it inflates egos and eventually results in them having some sort of breakdown when everyone stops believing them.
Also I'd take Williams back, 100% - much better option off the bench than Muratovic or Ngoy
Short of any injuries or a massive form slump like Burnsy, Williams would still have a decent season in him. He never relied on the sheer pace like Krishna (or Sotirio for that matter). And do not forget that Talay and Williams actually played together in 2010 for the Fury.

Would Williams and Sotirio have a fairly similar role? Neither as effective from the right yeh?
We have Hooper, Waine, Ball & Sotirio all signed who can play up front & a contract in front of Hemed. I don't see us chasing Williams.
If we want some more depth in the wide #10 roles, Daggers has left the Glory. I wouldn't mind if we are one of the A-League clubs talking with him.
Is he good? All I really know about him is he skied an open goal with no pressure from 6 yards out against the Olywhites and that he got a YPOTY nomination last season with less goals than Cacace

Get the feeling D'Agostino doesn't know if he's a 9 or a 10 really. Honestly having Sotirio in the squad already i wouldn't want him

He's better than Sotirio though. A big powerful guy, no slouch pace-wise, good ball skills and excellent in the air. Definitely worth consideration in my opinion.
Still super young and showed a lot of promise. Will continue to grow and even now I'm perfectly comfortable with him starting alongside Taylor or Payne if either are out for a game. Again, loving the multi year extensions too
He gave me quite a few heart attacks when he's on the ball, and looks a step slow compared to what you'd hope from a young CB. I expect those sides of his game will grow but for me there's a lot more developing Laws needs to do before he's ready to play regularly. Daylight between him and Payne as options to pair Stevie.

Exactly, still young too if we got him on a multi-year deal can see him potentially generating a fee. Didn't have too much game time this season but still had a goal involvement every 110 mins compared to Sotirios 210 mins
“That was definitely a factor that in the end influenced my decision; actually getting a glimpse as to what to would be like to play and live in Wellington all season,” Laws said.
“That was my first time in Wellington and the boys showed me around the city, some scenic tours etc, and then just playing in front of the crowd, I actually got goosebumps when we went out and saw the size and energy of that Wellington crowd packed into the stadium.
“It was really amazing and had a big influence for me wanting to stay on, I enjoyed the Wellington fans and the experience so much.”
Happy enough with the signing, but would like a young kiwi to be picked up ahead of McGing now. No point carrying to young aussie CB's when there are some kiwi options out there.
Still now news on Devlin. I'm wondering if he is waiting on the Olympics, if he gets the call up he may be wanting to go in as a free agent and generate some interest, assuming he gets minutes??
lmao maybe signing in a few weeks or a month or maybe 2 or maybe not at all... ffs
Sounds like something that could have been written by Royz. He has been rather quiet lately 🤔

"got an update on sing for you guys it appears that there have been some developments and I’m afraid they’re not all positive but there are some positive updates as well it is more unlikely that he will come home now but there was a very slim chance due to a negotiation issue we are Munich have apparently requested the money that they paid for him to be returned if the Phoenix can come up with a compromise to not have to pay the money because if they do that they won’t be able to afford him he will come if they can’t come to an agreement where they don’t have to pay the money he won’t come because they won’t be able to afford The transfer is what I am told"
Bit frustrating that this guy's fooling well-intentioned fans on the FB groups with this bull.
Laws, on the other hand - happy with this. 23, and has a lot to learn in a limited time, but if there's anyone in the league I want him learning off it's Taylor. Happy to see yet another prospect sign on for multiple years, and one who can cover DM at that.

He's barely literate so.......
Have you used google translate recently? Its shark hot at translating now, so poor if he can't get his gramma right using that platform. plus he looks to be a young European, they nearly all speak good English (bar the French) as its the language of Europe.
