I sent an email in regards to the spelling of Phoenix ages ago and
I finally got an email today
I have only just received your email from the FFA and I apologise for the delay in responding. Apparently your email was passed to the wrong department and has only just been referred to us. I should explain that Soccer Fever maintains the website for the FFA.
We also take measures to double check on the accuracy of the product descriptions on our website but this time we have let ourselves down very badly. I apologise on behalf of those involved for their lack of attention to detail. It is true that Phoenix is not a word in every day use but that makes it all the more important to double check every time the word is used.
