We are the dumbest team in the league, does anyone keep stats for dumb yellow cards?
Commentators just said good refereeing, I just about kicked the TV.
They did say Waffles was on-side though.
Still wondering about that first goal. Was the foul a high leg? Shouldn't it have been an indirect free kick? (sorry I just joined the convo)
I think it should have been indirect, however in saying that we defended poorly. Waffles was onside when the goal was disallowed

Just flicked on as had work and saw a replay of the first goal, i always thought a high foot outside the box free kick would have been indirect . . . is that another howler from the officials?

Since we're all joining on the hating bandwagon I'd like to say how much it irks me that Paston NEVER EVER plays a short ball to the defenders. Which can put us in a spot of bother, especially when said defenders are sprinting 30 meters back to receive the ball (and when they don't receive it, they keep the opposition strikers on side)

Since we're all joining on the hating bandwagon I'd like to say how much it irks me that Paston NEVER EVER plays a short ball to the defenders. Which can put us in a spot of bother, especially when said defenders are sprinting 30 meters back to receive the ball (and when they don't receive it, they keep the opposition strikers on side)

The boys are losing discipline, I can understand that as the refs calls are going against them, firstly with the free kick and then the goal disallowed for I can only guess offside, which it wasnt.

Really? I've got all the Nix games recorded on mysky....shall I spend the next 2 days watching them and keeping stats for how many times he needlessly kicks the ball upfield? :)

Someone remind Paston that "outfield player" doesn't include him and he still has to save goals.
