Yeah nearly as crap as Havana beans  ,always Lafare for me!

The answer to life's problems are rarely found at the bottom of a beer glass - but it's always worth a look.

I rate havana better. Havana has changed their roasting recently so its not just single origin beans. Laffare aint bad but People, Supereme and Flight are definately the best!tpmyhill2011-03-02 16:10:04

Yeah, Lafare is overrated. Supreme for me too. I get both types of coffee from them - supreme blend for my Vibiemme and harrar for the plunger.

Gone off topic, haven't we?

I laugh at the original suggestion that Bertos was making coffee for the possible reason that he wasn't getting paid or the nix were going under

Allegedly

A little bit yeah however, would definately recommend people going in and having a chat to him aye. I work next door to him and am in there most days and have been blown away by his friendlyness (also, kind of funny to rip other players in front of him and watch his reaction!)

Just wanted to make it clear with my comments that I do rate his coffee. I think leo got a bit hacked off when he saw them haha! Again, wicked dude, does a good job with his bean and looking forward to more great coffees with him in the future!

Sorry Leo! haha

LaFare, Supreme pffffft you should hang your head in shame... Mojo... official sponsor of the Nix. There should be no other place that a Nix fan buys coffee!

Mojo sucks ass. Far too many origins in the blend. And I buy all my takeaway coffee from Cuzzie Leo so I feel im supporting the nix far better

hahaha nah, they were talking rental prices! And it was leo's co owner not leo. Leo is on a well deserved holiday.

Doesn't Terry own that building the cafes in? Wouldn't that mean Leos rent could be next to nothing like the nix shop?

Dude... are you serious. He has had a chronic groin injury for the last 6 months. Physio says all he needs to do is rest and thats what he has been doing. He has also opened up a new business and has been very busy with that.

If you are questioning his commitment then maybe you need a reminder about who it was that tried to get out of his contract to perth to play for us as well as turning down more lucrative contracts.

I am aware he has had the injury....what I was getting at is that he has not played much if at all for several months, meaning that he is getting the rest the Physio was after.

And yes, I have questioned his committment for the last 18 months, be it through injury or other reasons, it has been a long time since he has done much in a Nix jumper.

And you're implying it's because he owns a coffee shop or are you just going on a random and irrelevant rant?

Agree that he hasn't been his old self for a while, but I don't think that has anything to do with lack of commitment. He's been carrying niggling injuries for ages.

I dont think anyone on a forum has any right to question a players comittment. How could you possibly know anything about the ins and outs of professional football from a players perspective? Do you even know him in person? Doubtful.

All I know is that when him and I were talking about next season, he was very excited about getting back into it and trying to make a big impact as he wasnt happy with how this season had gone. He came across as almost embarrased that he had let the fans down this year.

The dude is awesome, and has his heart absolutely in it. Looking forward to seeing him rip it up again next season!

Hope her name isn't Leah because that would mean our Leo had the wrong operation on his groin...
