As we've been well & truly spoilt for quality games this year, what was your best game and for what reason. Quality of play? Tension? Quality of goals? Getting really drunk afterwards? Importance of the game? Crowd atmosphere?

Whatever you like. For me, it is probably the Newcastle game and possibly because it is freshest in my mind but also because we had to come from behind and the importance of the win. I also think the crowd noise and atmosphere rivalled the Bahrain game.

I'd have thought the 3-0 over jest was in the top 5.  Greenie's goal was easily my favourite of the season, beating Dadi's because it was more of a flowing team goal.  But they nicely deconstructed the jest and it was beautiful to watch.

Still, easy to vote for the AWs game here.

Other... for me it would be the January 1-0 away at Gold Coast. It was an immensely important game, the season was on the line, and the team stood up and delivered. Another performance like that this week please

Sorry... just seen the ROF bit at the end. Perth then, if you insist

If Bahrain hadn't been an option, I would have voted for 6-0 over Gold Coast.

You have to go with the World Cup qualifier from the options given.

But if we're talking solely Nix games, the 6-0 will stay with me for as long as I live.

Bahrain. Then Newcastle.

Three for me, and two for them.

Bahrain (obviously - it would be akin to the Nix winning the grand final at home), then Perth, then Newcastle, then Gold Coast.Arsenal2010-03-09 14:28:18

In terms of football I think the 3-0 demolition over Jests as it was a follow on from the 6-0 no-show by GCU.

Grudgingly I have to admit that the Bahrain game had atmosphere and tension over the last game.

I voted for the latest Newcastle game largely because we drew the massive crowd to a club game, and it was highly entertaining and nail biting and the last of this season.  The perfect end to the home season and win or lose overseas, you've got to think we'll be able to bring some of those fans back next season.  NZ love winners and if we can capitalise on the immensity of the occasion and the atmosphere of that Newcastle game going into next season, we're going to see bigger crowds.

Bahrain obviously was massive for NZ Football, Newcastle I believe was far more important for the nix.

What's grudging about it?

Three for me, and two for them.

Me, because i thought that the last game would be a better crowd experience than 14 Nov.

Chocnut, due to your signature I'm curious how you felt about the last home game vs the Perth final.

From a football perspective the Bahrain game probably wasn't the best ,but it was a most magical night!
